Daniel was superb. Very helpful and informative.

Daniel Wells was very helpful and friendly. Fixed my heat interface unit in no time and gave me plenty of useful information on the whole setup. Wasn’t getting hot water in my new flat, called up the hotline on a Sunday they picked up almost immediately and arranged Daniel to come in on Monday immediately the day after, who actually arrived on time and now everything’s working nicely. Really impressed with the overall service. Outstanding.

Engineer Daniel W completed my HIU service today and he was fantastic. He explained the workings and limitations of the system and he was clear and transparent. He also arranged a date to return and fit an automatic bypass to clear an expansion issue which had existed for 5 years under the previous service provider. Daniel also sent me a bespoke heating and hot water guide, which he created off his own initiative. What a brilliant engineer, and a credit to Vital Energi.

Engineer (Robin) was polite and very thorough, offering useful advice. Spent a decent amount of time checking the unit and testing hot water taps (approx 45mins). Previous engineers ( from a different company) spent 15-20 mins max on this. Thank you Vital Energi.

I can't stress how important it is to have fully trained engineer like Daniel Wells. I have had a total of 5 engineer come to my flat and only Daniel took the time to investigate and resolve the matter with in one day, this job has been pending for the passed 33 days I can thank him enough his service is outstanding vital you need to hire more engineer like Daniel Wells

Daniel was very friendly and extremely helpful on the first call. Helped me out temporarily over the phone and came today to fix permanently. Excellent work. Very friendly and patiently explained all he was doing.

Ozkan went out of his way to make sure that our heating was working during the check up. We have a new baby and he was concerned that the heating wasn’t working well enough in the baby’s room (and our rooms) for the winter so came back to make sure it was all fixed. Thank you so much!

It was an amazing experience. We had a faulty heating issue in our apartment, that used to reset itself to error mode, every now and then.
Daniel Wells from Vital Energi visited and did detailed retrospection. And then it was all solved in his next visit.
Will totally recommend him for any other energy related issues.

I want to say a huge thank you to Bobbie Vickerstaffe for helping me book my HIU servicing appointment. I was expecting someone to visit today after calling on Monday but it turned out the appt didn’t go through the system. My property is a new build therefore it’s difficult to locate my address on the system. However, Bobbie was very patient and took her time to find my address, register and book me in at a convenient date and time, provided all the details and sent me an email confirmation which made me feel very reassured after the original no show. Thank you Bobbie.

Dan has such a lovely way about him, has always clearly explained any work he has had to carry out and answered the multitude of questions I’ve had, without any frustration. His time keeping is spot on, unlike other experiences I’ve had with engineers!
