My review will be more about the engineer that have visited my property today not the Vital enery as a company. I had a several engineers visiting my property in a past who had no idea what they are doing just waisted my time. But today I would like to shout out to Ozkan! Amazing customer service, I was explained everything. He found an issue, fixed it and gone extra mile to check all radiators where he found a switch that had a small leak previously. None of the engineers did so much previously. Thank you very much Ozkan! Vital energy please hire people like Ozkan who is checking everything and knowing their job well! Thank you very much and payrise to Ozkan please!!!!!

Daniel was super efficient, helpful and very nice. He has attended twice and both times have left the area clean, kept us informed and carried out his work efficiently and without disruption.

5 stars goes only to our onsite engineer, Dan Wells. Cannot fault him. Helpful, accessible, punctual, informative. Unfortunately the same cannot be said for billing or complaints... they get 1 star for obscurity, lack of clarity, misinformation, inability to stick to one reason for continuing issues

Great maintenance service done by Daniel Wells, the appointment was arranged to suit my work schedule and done in time and all queries solved. I was provided with manual guide to manage any emergency.
