First off bonus. They had the product I was looking for at a decent price. However it did take a long time to receive the product. So much so that when I was alread wondering when it was gonna show up, then they called to confirm my address. But points for them calling and doing that. 😁

Unreliable Shipping
My Probiotics didn't arrive for 2 days after they were shipped. Therefore the ice pack had unthawed by then and the bottle was room temperature and the product compromised... not good! Canada Post is to unreliable to ship probiotics or anything that is perishable , therefore you should be shipping by courier so they arrive the next day .

I have never received the type of customer service I have experienced at Vitamin Tree. IT IS FANTASTIC, no hassles, prompt responses, excellent selections and prices. Had an issue with delivery (was my fault), but they worked with me, responded quickly to emails and resolved. Another plus- its a Canadian company. Long time loyal customer!
