Antwoord van Vivarti
Dear Callum,
We are very sorry to hear that your problem was not dealt with. I have looked into this and it looks like we have had a problem with our online chat service which, unfortunately, has not been forwarding support messages to our team. After investigation I can see that you sent two messages via the chat system which were not responded to. We can only apologise for this technical problem.
