I read both the reviews of the agencies the experiences of the travelers at the facilities assigned.

Although I have provided proof of my current contract it doesn't get added to VIP points. It seems like a program where you are told about the possibility of perks, but the perks are never given to us.

Very professional

Too many stupid repetitive questions . . the promise of good website software is wasted on these people . . You fill out a profile and get matched with jobs for RN’s , you have to explain the difference between MT and Clinical laboratory Scientists and MLT’s over and over again . . and reading a resume is a knowledge this whole group are without.
The app is a waste of time and space . . To be avoided

Shocking quality. No customer serviced 6 emails later and still no response re refund do not bother they are scammers

I like Vivian. I gave a 3 because there are not many jobs for LPC’s. I would love to see the agencies include licensure as part of the package. I also would like to see the pay and per diem separated on the check.

Horrible for business owners. They oversell their leads at a very high rate. I was extremely dissatisfied with this service. They are a terrible partner. Only care if they make money. Business Owners beware. We paid them $40k we were not satisfied with the service and asked for a $2k exception and they took us to a collection agency over it. Given we gave them $40k and did not get ROI. Completely heartless. If you are looking to cripple your business this is the company. If not use anything else.

I’ve worked contract and per diem shifts. Vivian is a great resource.

Vivian and these recruiters have no right to ask for your drivers license number or SSN. They are essentially saying a your nursing license is a worthless identifier at this point. Which isn’t true. Many of these “recruiters” are sketchy salesman with seedy backgrounds. Contact your politicians to complain about this increasingly common unnecessary and ridiculous “requirement”.

I think recruiters are eager to call but they don't look up your resume and they lack ability to find good fit as they arent from medical field. Overall lance-soft very annoying and there are a lot of them and they dissapear on you. Dont give out your ssn to them

There are not enough CMA opportunities available across different states, and job availability can be very limited depending on location. It can be challenging to find positions that match qualifications and career goals. Additionally, many recruiters do not respond to applicants, which can make the job search process frustrating. I would also like to see greater diversity in hiring opportunities and workforce representation across states to create more equitable access to healthcare careers for Certified Medical Assistants.

Vivian has been so helpful in enabling me to get notifications about upcoming assignments to take. It also has good features for a quick communication connecting employee and employers.

Some of the listings are not accurate or listed as being available but they are actually closed for additional applicants.

I have been blessed to be connected with a travel agency so on top of submitting and requesting the information needed to obtain a next travel assignment. And they stay on top of current roles and positions available. Vivian has been a God send for work.

Most travel jobs are already closed and taken but several contractors claim them ongoing and push prospect to complete their company’s profile, and so on. It doesn’t give much refined search results.
