Vivipins.com Reviews

We ordered custom pins from Vivipins for the National Association for College Admission Counseling (NACAC), and they were a huge hit. Several vendors came up to ask where we had them made. The response was so great that we reordered pins for an upcoming American Marketing Association (AMA) event. I’m excited to share them again!

Sophie was a pleasure to work with. She was detailed and patient!

Grace was wonderful - our order shipped quickly, and she was helpful throughout the entire process.

Ive worked with vivipins before and not only are their bulk coin prices some of the best I've found, their quality is also great.
They are fairly responsive, quick to create and correct proofs, and are true to your design.
I highly recommend them for all your challenge coin needs and will definitely continue to order from them

I have purchased from Vivipins at least six times. Custom-made pins and custom-made patches. I’ve been extremely happy with the experience and quality on every occasion. The one occasion where I was not 100% satisfied with the product, Vivipins immediately worked with me to correct the issue, address my concerns and deliver a product that I am happy with. I’ve recommended Vivipins to several of my friends who have also ordered from them and have been happy with the product they received. I will continue to recommend Vivipins.

Ordered pins for a one-time event so timing was crucial and we paid extra for guaranteed delivery. Company went quiet once production started and didn't reply to messages and calls for over a week. The deadline came and went, so on the eve of a conference for several hundred people I was stressing about trying to track down missing pins. Even once I raised the issue, expedited shipping or some other heroic effort probably could have saved this, but they didn't even try. Even after all that, they tried to keep our money and we had to go through the dispute process with our card issuer.

I am a 3rd grade teacher at a Christian school who created a yearlong character-building program for my students called "Footsteps in Faith." The capstone is a special award pin, the Faith Walker pin, given at the end of the year to celebrate their growth and journey. I came to Vivipins to bring it to life.

From the very first interaction, the service was outstanding. My representative, Zoey Mitchell, was patient, responsive, and genuinely invested in getting every detail right. We went through multiple rounds of proofing, and she guided me through each step with warmth and professionalism. I never felt rushed or like just another order.

As a teacher on a budget, I especially appreciated that there is no minimum order requirement. The pricing was very reasonable, and I never felt pressured to order more than I needed.

The shipping was impressively fast, especially considering this was a fully custom order (enamel pin and backing). When the pins arrived, I was overwhelmed in the best way. The hard enamel colors are absolutely vibrant and rich, even more stunning in person than in the digital proofs. Each pin came already attached to a beautifully designed backing card and individually wrapped, a level of care and presentation that made something already special feel truly extraordinary.

My students are going to be so surprised and delighted when they receive these at the end of the year. Vivipins helped me turn a heartfelt idea into something tangible and beautiful they will treasure.

Zoey and the Vivipins team have earned a customer for life.

Zoey was a pleasure to deal with. very communicative and prompt with responses to my issues and questions. .

A+ customer service and quality! We ordered custom challenge coins on a tight timeline for an event and ended up needing to make a change to the design after submitting the order. Vivipins (shoutout Zoey!) worked with me to get the design changed and were still able to get the coin produced and delivered ahead of the event date. We were so impressed by the quality and would definitely recommend Vivipins to others.

WOW AND WOW AGAIN!!! Chayne and all, thank you for your hard work. My patches camenin beautifully rendered, great colors, and I will proudly display them. I will visit and order here again.

I was extremely impressed with the communication and attention to detail throughout my order. Vivipins worked closely with me to make sure our logo was perfect before production. In a world where online scams feel like they’re everywhere, I’m always cautious about ordering from a company I’ve never used before — but Vivipins exceeded every expectation.
I was on a tight deadline for an expo, and they not only produced the markers quickly but also delivered them directly to my hotel in time for the event. The golf markers themselves were excellent quality, and several customers even commented on how nice they were. I couldn’t be more pleased with the entire experience.

We ordered the custom iron-on patches and they look brilliant! Design came out even better than expected, reasonable price and great communication.

I have ordered enamel pins a few times from Vivipins they have good communication and I always get compliments about my pins.

I had a great experience working with this enamel pin company. They were incredibly flexible with my design and offered helpful guidance throughout the process. Their team was responsive, professional, and genuinely supportive, making everything smooth and stress-free.

I highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality pins and excellent customer service!

I worked with Zoey M on the design of a product and she was extremely responsive. She worked with me on the digital proofs several times before we moved forward into production. It has been a great experience so far and I am looking forward to seeing the completed product.

Easy to use. Great communication.

Great service, and product!

Vivipins did an outstanding job turning our high school video program logo into a high-quality metal pin. The detail and finish exceeded expectations, especially for the value compared to cost. Their customer support was excellent throughout the process—clear, responsive, and easy to work with. We’ll defintely be ordering again.

Vivipins is the Go-To for trading pins! We have used Vivipins for years and will continue to use them for the consistent five-star service and affordability. Recently, there was an online glitch on the website. A Vivipins customer representative reached out and provided an amazing solution! Thank you, Vivipins, for the stellar customer service! We can't wait to receive delivery of our pins.
