Vivipins.com Reviews

Very easy process, great results, quick production. Very happy with Vivipins.

The customer service has been fantastic to work with! We had a few minor issues on our last order, but the vivipins team went above and beyond to remediate the issue! Responses were quick, helpful, and professional. We've been thrilled at the quality of the pins and patches we've ordered.

The quality of the pins are first rate. I ordered for the first time last year and was really impressed with the quality and detail.

Vivipins keeps you in the loop every step of the way, so I knew exactly where my pins were during every step of the production process.

The company was great at communicating with me and the website was easy to use. The ordering process also went smoothly and I would recommend them 10/10 times.

I've ordered several times from Vivipins and have been impressed with every order.

Very communicative and quick to respond, and willing to fix errors and take feedback

We’ve ordered twice from Vivipins. The design and art approval process was attentive and the pins are nice quality. I appreciate the consistency and timeliness of communications with the company regarding the orders. We plan to continue working with this company for future orders also.

I am a repeat customer, getting custom golf ball markers both times. The customization and no minimum quantity make these great momentos for my friends on our golf trips. The staff is responsive and helps get your proof just right. I will be back for more!

Great experience and helped to get it just right! Always prompt and fast turnaround.

I cannot recommend Vivipins enough, especially for fellow entrepreneurs just starting out. I’ll admit, I made a few rookie mistakes with my initial order specs and was honestly panicking about the outcome. However, their team was incredibly gracious and flexible. Instead of just printing what I sent, they worked closely with me to fix the issues and ensured the final patches were absolutely perfect. It’s rare to find a company that genuinely cares about your success as much as their own product. I’m a customer for life now!

The customer service has been wonderful. They have been super helpful with any questions that I had throughout the process.

This company had great prices and were very communicative.

I am highly impressed with the quality of their products and the level of customer service provided. The team collaborates closely with clients to ensure all specifications are met and guides them through the entire process, guaranteeing the delivery of the optimal product solution.

We had a rerun of our coins. After the first round of coins being so success in our community, we end up getting another round made. Vivipin still had the molds from the first time time and they reused them and waived to mold fee. Second round looked just as good as the first round.

This is our 4th order for enamel pins, and each order has been fantastic. The customer service is really great--especially Chaynee! We love doing business with them and will continue!

Very easy to design a fully custom ball marker. The design tool was very user friendly. Production and Shipping did not take as long as I thought.

Great experience ordering from vivipins! The team was very responsive and helpful in answering my questions

The pins came out looking fantastic and just like the proof. design was simple and they arrived a week earlier than expected! VERY HIGH QUALITY soft enamel pins!
