Vivipins.com Reviews

This is my third time working with vivipins, and I’m happy with the product every time.

They are always great to work with. Every time I order ball markers I am reminded of their quality and attention to detail.

Fast turnaround, great product

We always get great pins! This is our 3rd time placing an order and we will for sure order from here in the future.

Their product was exactly like the photo I sent them to design a pin. The pin was an exact replica of my logo design and shipping was fast.

High quality products, shipped weeks before they promised, great and fast communication - have put in 2 orders so far!

So far so good. Awesome order and service. Still need to receive the product in a couple weeks so will wait for further comment until it’s received

Fairly quick to respond and worked with me to get design I wanted.

I had to order coins for a 40 th reunion. Delivery was critical VIVIPNS came thru and delivered before the date they promised. The coins were outstanding I will definitely use again.

I’ve been working with Vivipins for several years, and every experience has been fantastic. The pins themselves are absolutely top-notch. The colors are vibrant and accurate, the details are sharp, and the overall build quality is excellent. You can tell they use high-quality materials because the pins feel durable and well-made. Every order has been consistent, and the craftsmanship really shines through.

Their customer service has also been fantastic. They’re responsive, professional, and always go the extra mile to make sure everything is perfect. Communication has been clear and friendly, which makes the entire process stress-free.

On top of that, shipping is impressively fast. Orders arrive on time, well-packaged, and ready to go. For anyone looking for custom pins, Vivipins delivers a combination of quality, reliability, and great service that’s hard to beat. Highly recommended!

I came here because I wasn't getting the best experience with Wizardpins, and Vivipins are cheaper for smaller orders!

I Project manage a pine recognition program at work and we order pins like 2-3 times a quarter, so quick, efficiency and budget friendly is something I look for and so far Zoey has been very helpful and I am VERY excited to see my finished pieces. If everything goes well, I think I found my permanent "go to" for my program!

Awesome communication! Excellent job Zoey for working on my order and adjusting it based on what I needed.

I order some coins and the finish wasn’t to my liking so they replaced and did the finish to what I wanted. And that by itself is great customer service!!! And will recommend and continue to use them for bringing my vision to life in memory of my father passing!!! Will always be greatful for this!!! God bless you!!! And much success on your business!!! #whosyourcoffee

Error was made by production but was corrected, I received the correct order.

Vivipins not only had the best pricing but they had the best customer service. Excited to see our pins, with some unique special add ons.

Very responsive customer service. The product was produced exactly as I envisioned it. It arrived on time and the coins looked great. I would definitely use Vivipins again.

They responded quick and were able to give me a good idea of what my markers would look like before hand. They are respectful and trustworthy

We recently ordered custom enamel pins from Vivipins and couldn't be happier with the experience! The customer service was outstanding - our rep was incredibly responsive and handled multiple design and order changes with speed and professionalism.

The pins were fantastic. I purchased them as a gift for my team and they absolutely loved them. The quality was amazing. I also made a few changes after I submitted my original design and the customer service agent was really helpful. I will definitely order again next year.

Chaynee was very helpful and responsive to all of my questions. I felt taken care of from start to finish.
