Vivipins.com Reviews

The golf ball markers were worth the chance to make with Vivipins! They made sure the proof came to life and followed up each step of the way to ensure it was the way I liked it. They also finished earlier than the expected ship date which gave us an early chance to give these away. The recipients loved them so much we had to re-order more! I recommend them.

I just placed my third order with Vivipins for some small-run custom lapel pins. I've gotten both the hard and soft enamel types, and each look stellar.

Their support is great, the quality is outstanding, and my guests love the pins.

I'm glad to have found vivipins, I don't need to look for a vendor each time I need new pins! Highly recommend.

The process has been very easy to navigate and customer service is wonderful!

I recently worked with VIVIPINS to create a custom pin, and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. From start to finish, their team was incredibly professional, attentive, and responsive. They carefully listened to my ideas, provided helpful suggestions, and ensured that every detail of my design was captured perfectly.

The quality of the final product exceeded my expectations. The colors, finish, and overall craftsmanship are exceptional, and it’s clear that VIVIPINS takes pride in their work. The pins arrived on time and were packaged very securely, showing their attention to detail extends to every aspect of the process.

Beyond just the product, the entire experience of working with VIVIPINS was smooth and enjoyable. Their communication was prompt and clear, and I always felt supported and confident that my project was in good hands.

I highly recommend VIVIPINS to anyone looking for high-quality custom pins. Their combination of excellent service, top-notch quality, and a smooth ordering experience makes them a standout choice. I will definitely be returning for future projects!

This was my first time ordering custom pins from Vivipins for a team event, and the whole process was much smoother than I expected.
During the initial communication, their customer service responded promptly. They gave specific advice on details in my design file (like color saturation and font size), which helped avoid potential issues later on. The production time matched their estimate, and when I received the pins, I was impressed: the metal feels sturdy, the printing is clear (even small logos and text aren’t blurry), and the edges are smooth with no rough burrs.
The pins came in individual small bags, and they even included extra pins – a nice thoughtful touch. The price is mid-range for custom pins, but considering the quality and service, the value is definitely there.
If you care about details, feel confident ordering from them. I’ll definitely come back for future custom needs!

Great turnaround and the team offered good advice on design and layout. Their experience is appreciated and helped create a special ball marker for us. Highly recommend.

Great ordering options, and fantastic customer service when I made a mistake with the quantity I ordered.

Good quality pins. Fast shipping. No issues so far!

The ball marker hat clips we got are amazing! The fact that they are able to craft them to your custom shape and logo is pretty fantastic! Everyone at our golf tournament was super excited to get them in their swag bag and impressed with the design.

The quality of the ball markers I ordered are fantastic! I will be ordering again soon with more designs.

Communication was great throughout the process. Order was delivered on-time and was exactly what we wanted. We will order again soon!

I love how easy it is to order from vivi pins and the instant price estimation is great. And a good selection of options

Excellent customer service, great prices and quick turn around.

The pins are awesome!
Classy and beautiful.

Poor quality. They have a satisfaction guarantee yet won’t honor it when I asked for a return.

Had a fast, easy process in making and receiving my pin order. Customer service was great helping get my order "just right".

I have ordered from Vivipins several times over the last few years and have a great experience each time. Fast orders, worked with me when one of the patch samples wasn't right until I loved it. I've also had multiple pins made in the last 5 years and they all turn out great, too. Big fan.

Great customer service. Vivipins staff was very forthcoming with feedback to help bring our design to production. Very happy with the finished products.

Our pin designs were very complicated but they worked with us until they were exactly what we wanted and the results look fantastic!

I’m wondering if there are two separate companies people are experiencing. Half of people say they have had a great experience. Unfortunately, I’m part of the other half. I paid for the enamel pins to be delivered on a specific date, when my family would be together. Today is that day and zero communication from Vivipins since Dec 5 when my order went into production. No shipping notification and no communication about any delays. In fact, I haven’t been able to get ahold of anyone at the company for support.

I am still hoping the order shows at some point but so far, given my experience, I would not recommend this company. I really wish I was one of the other people being able to leave a 5 star review!
