Forced upgrade to newer VPS server
We have signed up for 3 years cpanel managed VPS 12 GB 60 GB Disk space NVMe Storage 100GB with remaining 1 year contract. however we was told that our current server needs to be upgraded to newer server- NVME despite current remaining contract was still on NVMe server --sales person pitch was using scare tactics with artificial scarcity (time sensitive) ultimatum that if we do not upgrade to newer server, threats include: "Failure to upgrade may result in degraded user experience, email delivery issues, operational disruptions" and insist that we recontract another 2 years.
