Dishonest

Dishonest! They sold me a number of products I didn’t need and when I cancelled them, they continued to charge me for them. Continuously “losing connection” when I tried to deal with them. Had to get my bank to step in.

What is wrong with this company?

What is wrong with this company?
Servers keeping having issues. Our emails are disrupted again and again.
No compensation for the down time and expects us to keep supporting them.
Going to look for a new provider after this. Whoever considering them to host better think twice.

Fourth time lucky

After redirecting name server and adding DNS records my email was down for almost a week - after several attempts with Vodien support, it was finally Merchael who managed to get my email back up and running, thanks.

Customer communications was very helpful

The customer communications when I first tried to get help was very frustrating until I was able to chat with Lawrence and he was most helpful. He sent links and screen shots for me to follow which made the process easier. Thank you Vodien

Service doesn’t live here…

This is not the organisation you want if you’re looking for service, or if you’re looking for non scripted conversations or apologies when their system decides to reconfigure your account without your instructions or approval. Never mind you lose all access to any emails or business during that time. Rest assured, they “understand your concerns”, although, I doubt that when I was forced to clarify if I was speaking to AI or a human.

Quick resolution, friendly team

The cancellation function does not…

The cancellation function does not work.

I attempted to cancel my hosting via the account portal, but the “Delete Business Hosting” button is non-functional. The process prompts you to cancel the service, however the action cannot be completed.

I have raised this with support and provided a Loom video clearly demonstrating the issue. This specific problem has not been addressed.

As a result, I have been unable to cancel the service through the platform and am still seeking a refund for the hosting. This is a core issue that affects the ability to properly cancel, not just in my case but for any customer attempting to do the same.

Path: Account > Business Hosting > Delete Business Hosting

Unexpected billing

On 27 February, I contacted support to request a downgrade, as the hosting cost was over $2,000 per year. I was told this wasn’t possible. I then requested the EPP code to transfer everything away (domain and hosting and emails), making it clear I intended to move off the service.

After confirming that my domain and hosting were being transferred, I was not informed at any point via the support chat that I also needed to separately cancel the account. I assumed that transferring everything would effectively end the service. While I accept that this assumption was incorrect, there was no guidance from support indicating that an additional cancellation step was required.

On 31 March, I was billed again for hosting covering the period 5 April 2026 to April 2027. This charge was applied before the new billing period began. I disputed the charge prior to 5 April and requested a refund for the unused period, but this was declined.

Despite clearly indicating my intention to cancel and no longer use the service, I have been charged over $2,000 for hosting I did not use.
