This company should not be worked with! They attack voice over artists through their social media accounts (using incredibly sexist language) which is enough to avoid them in itself. Add to that that they do not follow their own guidelines with payments and their customer support is irregular at best. Any client who cares about integrity, basic decency or, at the very least, a positive user experience should not go near them.

I wish I could give NO stars. Appalling company, avoid at all costs. They mess people around with contracts, don't pay on time and when artists speak to them about it on social media as a last ditch effort, they get called nasty and libelous names. They talk badly about their clients behind their backs and they libel and slander reputable voice companies and artists. They don't care about you, they only care about money. Their underhand payment system is helping to ruin our industry and will guarantee you the absolute lowest rates, devaluing our services. They are extremely rude to speak to as well and their customer service is appalling in every area. Even for new up & coming artists DO NOT GET INVOLVED. Seriously, it's not worth it, we're still dealing with the fallout of all the problems caused by the Voice Realm so far.

Appalling and sexist comments on Twitter towards voice actors. I have not personally worked with them, but their attitude on social media is a strong indication of unprofessionalism.

A very unprofessional understanding of social media. Abusive and foul language in a tweet is rarely justified, then to just delete tweets and pretend it never happened is reprehensible. The furthest thing from Professional that I can think of!

Abusive, unprofessional and really bizarre in their propensity to fly off the handle for no reason.

I’m a professional voice over and have been since 1985. The abusive comments dishes out by the is company to ordinary VO’s. Calling people C@nts and the like is appalling. I’m talking about how they represent themselves on Twitter. It’s truly shocking. Disgusting.

Avoid. Awful behaviour berating and blackmailing voiceover artists and agencies alike on social media. So unprofessional. If you're a VO the rates and the projects are not worth the terrible treatment, if you're a company don't tarnish your reputation by working with them.

The Voicerealm claims loud and proud: ‘No hidden fees or agent commissions - EVER!’

This is not true. There may well be no fees for clients to post jobs, but the actors pay:

- site fees, approx $99
- 15% 'admin fee' on each job booked
- Paypal fees, as this is the only payment option offered (approx 5%)

In addition, their support for actors is non-existent. I have had several bad experiences with clients and no support from The Voicerealm (clients changing their mind about job requirements and then blaming you for not meeting them, clients offering jobs, asking for prep and then ghosting).

Oh, and did I mention the rates are non-neogtiable and have no usage fees?

Absolutely cannot recommend you stay away enough.

I have been working with the Voice Realm for close to 1 year now and not only made my money back in spades but have always been treated with respect and urgency by the customer support staff. I am looking forward to re-upping my subscription in the Fall.

Trustworthy business where you can get voiceover work and paid promptly. Helpful customer service.

Most of the scripts are well written and clients are knowledgeable. The talent and production fees (when the client requests more than a voice track) are good. The join fee is high enough to keep the competition at a competitive level, but not so high you can't get a return on your investment.

I'm a voice over artist at The Voice Realm. Sarah has provided FIRST RATE support when I've had questions or need clarification. The Voice Realm treats their artists and customers with professionalism and respect. Not so with many other platforms I've worked with.....

I've been with VR for sometime now. Many of my VR clients come back to me time and time again. When I've had to contact support, they have been polite and very helpful.

I'm a voice over artist and the site has a good variety of job opportunities via regular auditions and their support team are first rate!

I am a voice actor and use the chat feature often on this site. I rarely have to wait longer than 10 seconds before someone responds to answer a question or assist with a client. I've been on this site for several years now, and I am pleased with all aspects of this experience.

So much better and easier to navigate than Voices.com and V123. Customer service is top notch. They responded back to me in minutes and solved my issue.
