Placed order. No dispatch or tracking information, or reply to my emails, a month later I am having to pursue Paypal for a refund. Avoid at all costs.

They're legitimate

They were able to get me a part from the manufacturer with the only issue being that the wait times were a bit long but they live on the other side of the world so it's to be expected. I also didn't pay for express service, so that's another thing on my behalf. Either way they provide a valuable service and I highly recommend them.

They literally don't care. One of the poorest customer service I've ever seen. You contact them and they reply in 2 words or not at all. What a shame!

I was a little hesitant to buy from this place, in part because of some negative reviews and also because the price was much lower than anyone else, but everything was fantastic! Good communication and very accommodating (via WhatsApp), and the OnePlus 12 arrived to the US in just a few days and is working perfectly. I would not hesitate to buy from them again!

Je vous recommande de ne pas acheter chez eux ! Ils n'ont rien en stock et font simplement du dropshopping. Ils attendent les commandes, ensuite ils commande a leur tour en chine pour ensuite pour l'expédiier... Le délai explose !

Je viens de me faire avoir ! Leur site annonce du stock pour une tablette, lors de l'achat je les notifie par whatsapp si tout est OK pour eux... Ils qu'ils vérifient plus tard... 3 heures après il me propose d'attendre qu'ils reçoivent la tablette ou alors il me rembourse ! Incapable de me donner un délai je demande le remboursement... Heureusement, j'utilise Paypal pour me protéger !

Bought Xiaomi 13 ultra camera set. Ask for low shipment value to avoid tax. Was send in a small box. Received it within a week. Only 3 euro tax!!! Communication is poor but product is original. You have to wait for the shipment company to send you a track and trace to.know if it is send.
I will use this shop again.

Great, found a rare genuine Huawei phone case and opted for the fastest air delivery. From order to delivery at my door took just 3 days via FedEx from China. I like the fact you can contact the person directly via WhatsApp messenger for updates. Don't hesitate to use them!

Ordered and paid for a cell phone that was said to be available.
4 weeks later when querying delivery / tracking they just refunded, no explanation given.
I feel they would not have refunded if I never queried.
And the item still shows as availkable on their web site

Échanges avec le vendeur le samedi avant achat qui m'annonce une expédition le lundi.
Je passe commande le jour même avec un supplément de 32€ pour livraison rapide 5-10jours.

Expédié bien après le lundi avancé, et la livraison a été faite fait en presque 1 mois !

Je prends contact avec le support pour demander le remboursement, et zéro réponses du site

Il a fallu une réclamation PayPal pour avoir une réponse et une deuxième réclamation pour obtenir gain de cause !

Le service est catastrophique, je n'imagine même pas le SAV !

Reason for the 2 stars is because they have almost non-existent communication with the buyer after placing the order and they definitely need to start looking to improve that issue.

After I ordered I had a little scare because I could not get them to send me a tracking # for a few days and after ordering. I thought I was gonna have to file a dispute with my bank but decided to have PayPal reach out to them first and within 24hrs of doing that they sent me my tracking number and I received my order in 10 days flat.

So now I'm comfortable placing the rest of my order with them..

Ordered Pico 4 prescription lens inserts.
They did not send me the correct prescription, they sent me 2 identical lenses based on my left eye but ignored Axial correction for astigmatism. Right eye totally ignored.
I contacted them by email / whatsapp, no reply. had to step in with PayPal, then I had to return the lenses at my own expense to get my refund.

I bought a screen for a Xiaomi 11 Ultra -- the price was fair ($270) and it shipped quickly.

Great experience until roughly 6 months later a giant circle of dead pixels appeared.

They market it as 'original' and that it has a 1 year warranty but I've been messaging them for months and they've only responded once saying they'd look into it.

Ordered from china, while indeed at the beginning there was no tracking or a word from the seller, after contacting them they were very responsive and gave me a tracking link. Took the risk of ordering from the website but totally worked for me, just with a bit of communication with the seller.

It's a scam. I paid expedited shipping (30 usd). 10 days after ... no news... no tracking... nothing. Contact by mail, WhatsApp, web formulary... Nothing. Hopefully, refund partially with paypal. Avoid this shop! Same product on ali*xpress, more expensive with no product sent....

Scam website, they sell you fake products.

They send you fake phones and they said it's you change it so you will not get your money back.
