I saw the negative reviews but was at the end of my tether trying to find the part I wanted. so I decided to risk it based on 40% good reviews. I have to say fantastic. Vopmart were a little uncommunicative. They should watch this as cutomers place great store in knowing whats going on but nevertheless I got the screen part in less than 6 days from the other side of the globe for a reasonable price. Well done Vopmart..

I purchased a ROG Kunai 3 for the ROG Phone 5 accessory from them for a great price (lower than what was available ANYWHERE cos it's a new accessory and nobody, even amazon didn't have it in stock; they only had stock for the variant that supported the ROG Phone 3, not 5 which I had to return when I realized this). I requested 5-7 day DHL shipping for ~$30 via PayPal so I could request a refund if it was a scam site.
Timeline:
1. Purchase on May 3rd (Monday) @ 9 PM.
2. Waited till the next day at 3 PM before I sent an email, asking about getting a tracking number and when the product would be shipped.
3. 11 hours later I received an email from the seller saying that Chinese labor day was from May 1st to May 5th so I had to wait (it was May 5th when I received this email, 1am in the morning for me.)
4. May 6th, Thursday @ 12am for me I received an email saying that they would ship it out to me the next day.
5. The next day I asked for a tracking number.
6. That same day a couple of minutes later from my previous email the seller replied saying that he/she would send me the "right tracking number" (sounded a bit sketchy to me :P).
7. I waited till the next day as I hadn't received a tracking number from them so I sent an email "tracking number?"
8. 2 hours later they sent me a tracking number which when I looked at online it said the package wasn't even shipped yet.
9. I sent them an email the same day I checked the tracking number when they first sent it to me asking when it would be shipped (May 8th Saturday)
10. The next day I hadn't received word from the seller and looking online it said it still wasn't shipped.
11. the day after that I checked again and it said that the package was shipped and it would arrive in 5-7 business days; so I was appeased :D.
12. The package arrived 3 days later and in perfect working condition.

Total time: 10 days.

There were many a time when I almost sent him an email saying that it was okay I want my money back and I would try to find it someplace else (because I have had bad experiences with Chinese sellers and buyers and the reviews on this site didn't help) or just wait for more of the product to be in stock, but I held off because when I looked at how long I waited I thought it reasonable to give the seller a bit of time to get things sorted which I am glad I did.

I have to say, I was nervous about buying from this site due to the bad reviews. I ordered a Huawei P40 Snorkel Case and had it shipped with DHL. I paid with PayPal and contacted Vopmart.com through WhatsApp. I found him very responsive, very fast to ship and had the product in only 4 days from Hong Kong to Ireland. Highly recommend the seller. Can't understand the amount of negative reviews.

Another scam chinese website , i bought a screen remplacement but i didnt receive anything

I sent an email but none answer me.
I ask a refund but nothing.

Extremely fast shipping and excellent up to date communication and customer service.

After 3 weeks waiting and the order is being processed and when I send them they do not reply. For your information, I paid an additional amount for express shipping. Service is bad and I would not recommend it.
I submitted a complaint to pay pal and now wait for a refund of my payments.

I have made a purchase on May 2020 and item delivered on June 2020. The package is delivered with empty box. I contacted the seller and no reply or response from the seller. They are cheating customers.

I have purshased an item from the store and payed 30$ for expedited shipping méthode and now almost one month and parcel not yet delivered also no replay from the store it self about all my inquiry, I just find out on my account with them the order and traking number and always shows that parcel are on transit. Pls any advice from experienced people?

I ordered a spare glas back cover for my phone. The one that was delivered was in the wrong color. Over the course of weeks I wrote three emails and never received an answer. This is not acceptable. So I have to order another replacement part from an other seller.

I ordered an item (Xiaomi Mi 9 battery cover) 25 days ago. Yet, after 25 days the shipping HASN'T EVEN STARTED. I contacted them on skype, wrote them 3 email, no response to ANY of them. They didn't even care to write me a single word about my product being lost. I guess they're another scam chinese company. I'm gonna contact them via PayPal to get a full refund. NEVER BUY FROM THEM.
Edit: Almost two months passed, still nothing. They provided me a tracking number after contacting PayPal, which turned out to be fake. Moral of the story: don't ever think about buying from these scammers.
