Scammers takes your money and then nothing happens until you dispute via PayPal dont use them !!

I ordered the first time and I got it. I ordered a phone a third time at 350 plus dollars. They shipped it and under-declared the price to 60 dollars. The south african authorities caught it and that's it. I e-mailed them asking their motivation for undervaluing the parcel, NO response!

Ich kann nur warnen von diesen Betrügern. Habe dort ein Xiaomi MIX 2S in den Warenkorb. Dann habe ich mich noch woanders umgeschaut. Nächsten Tag bekam ich eine Email mit einem Gutscheincode von 50 USD. Da ich kein günstigeres gefunden habe, habe ich es dort bestellt. Dort stand dann bezahlen per "Paypal as a friend", was ich dann auch gemacht habe. Bis heute 10 Wochen später habe ich keine Ware erhalten. Paypal weigert sich mir Käuferschutz zu geben, da ich privat gesendet habe, also ohne Käuferschutz. Bekomme auch keine Antwort auf meine Emails. Somit habe ich 800 USD verloren. Mein Anwalt sagt, klagen kann ich nur in China. Die Kosten dort sind emens und wahrscheinlich ohne Erfolg. Wenn du nicht betrogen werden willst, kaufe bei Ebay, dort hat man wenigsten einen Käuferschutz.

The OnePlus 5T cover was fake and not original from OnePlus like the description said. No response after email.

I bought two times at Vopmart. The first time 1 year ago the IMAN and the 2 times a Huawai Mate 10pro. The first cell phone came 3 weeks later and I was satisfied. Then I ordered the Huawei Mate 10pro. The package came after 18 days and I had to pay customs. Instead of sending me the Mate 10 pro I got the Mate 8 and used one. The company apologized and said I should send it back. Then the theater started. First I sent it away via DHL and then it came back with the justification battery in the mobile phone. 2 try, with DPD, also there came the phone back, same justification. 3 Try this time as a sender of an electric company, which has worked well then. Vopmart, however, claimed to have never received the phone. But I have a confirmation of delivery.

When I bought the first phone, I paid normally with Paypal. With the 2 mobile phone I got 38 USD discount if I also pay by Paypal, however "send per friend". Thus, I turned on Paypal but they refused a refund, because I have no buyer protection. So phone away and money away. Then the display came off on my first mobile "IMAN" the phone was 5 months old. I was not happy with this phone at all, as it kept turning off and constantly navigating itself when it was on.Have notified the support and have told me that is my fault for there is no guarantee. Meanwhile, the IMAN does not work anymore.

Conclusion: I will never order from this company VOPMART. And I can only advise anyone to buy anything there, even if the prices are cheaper than elsewhere. For me, these are scammers

I ordered a camera DVR. They sent me a different Model than the one I purchased and it was damaged. I contacted them they said that the model I ordered is no longer made. (but they advertise it) Then they said check for damage again???
I had already sent pictures.
Bottom line I got the wrong DVR and it was damaged. I asked to return the item for a refund. They stopped responding. I lost 500.00

I recived a LCD to my phone, it wasnt working, after inform them three times there was no reply.

Received a display, a defective one. Company says the phone is defective, not the display. Old display works just fine...
