I had a flat battery and the recovery specialist was absolutely brilliant. He arrived quickly, was friendly and reassuring, and got my car started straight away. He then took the car to a local garage for me and gave genuinely helpful advice throughout. A kind, professional, and reliable service — highly recommended!

Hardly any waiting time whatsoever kept me informed every step of the way. Once the mechanic came he was a pleasure to chat with and helped fix/sort the car. Came with a recovery vehicle just in case (luckily not needed) but again the service was great well recommend

Rescued from the motorway, reliable service given. Very happy
I broke down on the motorway this morning, which is always a far from ideal situation. The insurance provider gave me an unrealistic ETA, which did leave me wondering for a couple of hours whether recovery was arranged. I suspect this was a fault of the insurer and therefore I have not reflected this in the review score. Once I phoned up to check, I was given an updated ETA. The driver arrived before the ETA limit which is always greay, he was polite and professional and took me to my requested garage with no issues. The good service given was appreciated given the unfortunate morning I had.

My car stopped working and it had transpired the battery fitted with the car 12 years ago was out of juice. Your mechanic came and jump started it for me and within 15 minutes after he arrived I was back on the road. Excellent response times and well within the 1.5-2hours quoted. Would recommend!

Fantastic service, the breakdown guy arrived earlier than the eta and had my motorhome fixed within about 20 minutes, very impressed especially as my last breakdown with the rac took 4 days
