postage is fast
postage is very fast, sometimes it arrives next day, sometimes the day after, but it's always within the same week i ordered. good range of products and sometimes a good selection of brands and price choices. Only niggle is the prices regularly change, so i can get used to a set order being a certain amount and then next month it's almost doubled in price, madness. But hey ho. Can't fault the service for what it is.

Online orders are easy to complete (even for an oldie like me!) and if you call them, they answer the phones promptly and always provide great advice, checking with colleagues if they aren't sure about your enquiry. The order arrives swiftly and if you run short and need something urgently, they get onto it straight away. It is fantastic to have such great customer service every time.
