This place scammed me and I lost the dispute with my credit card. They sent my cc a letter that I NEVER received. They charged my card 3 times and I won two of the disputes. They do not answer the phone EVER and NEVER respond to emails. There was NEVER a way to speak to anyone. SCAM. DO NOT USE

Il y a eu beaucoup de retard sur la livraison, aucun suivi de colis car pas de mise à jour. J'ai reçu des produits qui ne correspondaient pas à ma commande et aucune réponse à mes mails de réclamation. C'est extrêmement décevant !

DO NOT BUY!! Got the letters, I also bought the 100% money back if rejected insurance. Landlord rejected the letter, and they refused to refund the money. You are 0% protected here... not worth risking it. Totally fraudulent.

I need a refund. I put all the new information for what I needed and they put my old address and old pets on my letter. I can't even use the letter since I need it for two cats and the old one was for a cat and a dog. I told them multiple times during the eval too and they still got it wrong. Emailed multiple times and I've heard nothing back.

BUYER BEWARE!!!!! This product does not work at all….and it doesn’t stay on the dog because the buckle does not grip. TOTAL SCAM !!! Getting a REFUND is a joke…they refuse to give you the address to return the product to for a refund. AND the product must not be opened….because they know if you try it out you will know you have been scammed.

Back in 2021 this company did a proper job with my ESA. but..now in 2026 I tried to renew the letter and they literally sent me the exact same one I already had dated in 2021. I contacted their "support" and got an email saying my document was ready after I asked to get the date changed and to my surprise it was the exact same thing still dated back in 2021! Disputing with my bank and never using them again...I was better off paying the $200 pet deposit and $15 monthly than using this scam! Buyer beware

I just got charged 12 euros in my bank account, doing some research i found out that the charge came from this website which I have never subscribed to, I dont' even have pets????? Please refund urgent or I will be contacting my lawyers! Thanks

scam!! This company feels like a complete scam. I don’t understand how this is legal or how they’re still operating.

They charge upfront and claim a “guaranteed acceptance,” but the moment the letter gets rejected, they disappear. When they finally responded, they asked for additional documentation, which I provided promptly, yet they still refused to issue a refund and kept giving vague, non-committal responses.

There is essentially no customer support. Every phone option goes straight to voicemail, therapists don’t respond, and customer service is completely unresponsive.

Overall, this has been a frustrating and unprofessional experience. I would strongly caution others before using this service.

These little dog are little toys you can buy at the dollar store. They are not what was advertise and I am very disappointed. I have been calling for a refund and have not been able to talk to anyone. If anyone know or have information please let me know. Thanks in advance.

Waggy.pet is a SCAM. They take your money from your account right away and the AI therapist tells you that you qualify for an ESA letter and then they don't send you an ESA letter. Their website says they will give you an ESA letter within 4 hours... It's been two weeks and it still says they are waiting on ESA letter review. When I ask Support to either send me the ESA letter or give me a refund so I can pay a different company, they say that they won't refund because the therapist approved me.... but they never sent a letter. Paid $188 and they just tell everyone they qualify so that they can keep your money and not give you the ESA letter you paid for. SCAM. It's a SCAM. Pettable and US Service Dogs actually have people who get on the phone and they reimburse you immediately.

These "ai dogs" are nothing like they describe them they simply do not do anything that they advertise. Please shut this company down. They should be sued and all us people that were defrauded awarded remedy

Horrible company to go through with. Horrible service. I’m not sure if it’s a robot behind the screen because it continuously gives me similar responses AFTER I’ve asked it something. Dummy. Completely over this company, no answer, no call backs, crappy responses. Gets no where.

I received a tiny stuffed dog that was not the item advertised on FB. This toy would have cost about $10 in any toy store. Nothing like what is advertised. Like other reviewers, I want my money back. This is fraud big time selling something else and charging $50 for it

This company needs to refund my money, for the little cheap looking rag dogs I received. I want the address to send them back, but before I do, I want a refund, the same way they took my money first and sent me these pitiful looking fakes. They knew this isn't at all what had been advertised. It was a big scam from the beginning. I have absolutely no use for what I received. Here they are trying to just extort money from my account, $24.99, even after the fact.
