The gentleman who came to survey our property was lovely.
There was clear communication regarding arrival time, and a confirmation phone call about 30 minutes prior to arrival.
When he came he asked a few questions about our property, and explained clearly what he would be doing.
He was open and friendly, and very respectful as he looked around our house and garden.
We had a quick chat before he left.
He was so nice, efficient and thorough, I arranged for the same gentleman to carry out the survey on the property I was hoping to purchase.

Very detailed report including many things I hadn't even considered. They even did the survey a week sooner after I mentioned I had a short timeframe. The survey results were well laid out and easy to understand for me who'd come off of nightshift and was a bit out of it. Also incredibly reasonably priced, honestly can't think of a flaw. From asking for a survey on a Thursday to getting the survey done on the following Monday, then the next day the survey was available to us is a fantastic achievement.
