I thought it was a pricey, but the service was very good.

Gary and Chris at Walkers Pet Cremation made a very difficult and emotional time when we lost our much loved dog Meg a little easier. It truly felt like they treated Meg with love and respect and made leaving her with them a less painful experience.

I recently had to let my cat Squirrel go to save further suffering, from the first phone call for the vet to Gary returning Squirrel I was treated so sympathetically by all the team.
Squirrel passed very peacefully on my bed, exactly how I wanted her to. I can throughly recommend Walkers who will treat you and your pet with love and respect

We recently had to make the horrible decision for our 14 year old beloved pet Black Labrador Enzo to cross the rainbow bridge, we were looking for a more personal service, we came across Walker’s Pet Cremation Service at Darfield,
This was the best choice we’ve ever made.

From start to finish Gary & Chrissy arranged everything, from the vet home visit and the collection of Enzo to their in house crematorium, throughout they where very caring, compassionate and very professional, making the whole process a lot easier for us to grieve Enzo’s passing.

We received Enzo back 6 days later, the presentation of Enzo’s ashes was a very nice touch in a scatter tube wrapped in coloured tissue paper and placed in gift bag. This was very overwhelming for us, to see the care and compassion Gary & Chrissy showed to our departed Pet.

If you’re in a similar situation, I honestly & truly recommend you to call these guys at Walker’s pet cremation service. You won’t be disappointed.

Walkers pet cremation Gary and Chrissy are one of the most caring and understanding people we used walker cremation for both of or beloved cats from the first phone call to the day we picked our babys up Gary and chrissy was always there whatever time of the day I would recommend them 100%without a doubt

They were wonderful and understanding. The vet said they couldn’t do anything more for our dog, he was so ill euthanasia was the only option. We wanted this to take place at home as he was very reluctant to visit the vet. I asked the vet if they could come that day or the following day, they promised to ring me, I had to ring them they told me they couldn’t come until the following Monday which was 6 days away. I couldn’t leave my pet to suffer that long he wasn’t eating. They suggested I googled to find someone. A friend suggested Walkers Pet Cremation in Darfield, I rang them straight away, they arranged everything and came the same day. They were excellent from the first phone call until collecting the ashes 3 days later which was also amazing. They were excellent ashes came in a special container for scattering them along with his paw and nose print laminated ready to be framed and a card from Erik our dog.

I have recently used Walkers Pet Cremation Services for my dog, Miley. I was provided their details by a friend that had also used their services and they recommended them to me.
Their services were second to none, they were checking in throughout the week to ask how I was feeling, I went to pick Miley’s ashes up and they made me feel so welcome.. they offered me a warm drink, tissues etc and talked me through the process in detail. I feel as though their job is more for how their customers are feeling etc than the money.
Really lovely couple and they couldn’t have supported anymore. I would absolutely recommend their services to everybody, I couldn’t thank them enough!

Amazing people, compationate, lovely and caring. Beautiful place to say goodbye to your pet. They truly are amazing. My little bird couldn't of been taken care of by anyone better.

The service they provide is amazing, they are sensitive with how they treat your loving pet and go that extra mile to ensure that dignity is foremost to everything they do. Chrissy and Gary provide a responsive, sensitive and non judgemental service. What they do isn't easy but it's so appreciated.

We lost our beloved 13 year old dog on 23/1/25 and Chrissy was so helpful and compassionate via WhatsApp, as well as being very accommodating as Fluffy's condition deteriorated extremely quickly through the day, so plans had to be changed. She came with her husband Gary to collect our darling Fluffy out of hours, after 8pm, and they were both very kind and treated our girl with respect and care. When we collected her ashes this morning, they were both very understanding and sympathetic. Our little sweet dog was given back to us beautifully presented. I would definitely recommend Walker's pet cremation services.

I can not recommend these enough, they are the nicest couple that go above and beyond. Losing a pet is heartbreaking but they made the experience bearable. Coco was made comfortable and was treated with respect.
Unfortunately Coco passed on Christmas Eve but Gary came out leaving his festive plans just to make Coco comfortable.

We sadly had to put our beloved William to sleep , and we wanted him to pass at home , Chrissy and Gary arranged everything for us it was such a relief for us as a family during one of the most difficult times in our life ,
The vet who visited us was absolutely amazing, he was caring compassionate, very patient and respectful, he gave us all the time we needed with William and the aftercare also was lovely , we received texts to see if we was doing ok and then a card came in the post for us , we are so grateful for this fantastic service that they provide, it has such a personal touch and they are all absolutely amazing.

Gary and Chrissy are amazing people ,the personal service they provide is above and beyond ,from the first time meeting till the very end ,and the care and compassion for my beloved molli was amazing ,so glad I found a service like this I am truly grateful if I could give 10 stars I would

Chrissy was amazing from beginning to end. From replying to messages on her days off, providing a hug and the space to grieve and talk about our beloved tortoise taco, to the compassion, dignity and respect shown throughout the whole process. I cannot thank Chrissy enough and would not hesitate to call upon her services again in the future.

We lost our amazing beautiful boy bertie on the 13th December at 17.00 we called walker's pet cremation and explain what was happening and they were waiting on us arriving. Before hand when we thought bertie was going to go sooner we rang them on Sunday night around about 1 .00 am for bertie to come to them however we cancelled on them as he wasnt ready to go they was caring, kind and loving and actually understood what we where going through , they where amazing friendly and polite anyone wanting a first class service these kind amazing humans are the people you need to go to. We trusted them 110% with our bertie and we knew he would be very looked after and loved.i would to trust then with your beloved pet if you need there services. There isnt any Words to describe how kind and lovely this services is. And everyone who had pets should know about this place. These guys have made a very very bad day have the best ending it could possible have by looking after bertie . And we will always be thankful. Love the Harrison family

We cannot thank Gary enough for the amazing service he provided when we lost Wilma a few weeks ago. Nothing was too much trouble. The care and compassion shown made an awful time slightly easier and provided the best send off we could have wished for Wilma. We were given time as a family to say our last goodbyes and never felt rushed to leave. Thank you for letting us share our stories of Wilma and the lovely letter we received.
