If I could give this company 0 stars, I would.
I mistakenly believed this company was associated with Under Armour because I was trying to contact Under Armour about an issue with a pair of shoes. I signed up for the free trial and submitted a claim, but later that same day I realized, after doing more research, that this company is not affiliated with Under Armour.
I created my account on May 18 and immediately attempted to remove my credit card information and cancel the free trial. The website stated that I would receive a response to my cancellation request within 24 hours, but I did not hear back until June 17. At that time, a representative named Melissa told me she would process my cancellation.
Despite that, my credit card was charged 39 days later, on June 25. As of July 1, I still have not received the refund I requested. Since the issue remains unresolved, I will be disputing the charge with my bank.
This experience has been extremely frustrating due to the delayed response, the failure to cancel my account as requested, and the unauthorized charge after I was told my cancellation would be processed.

I cancelled the warranty valet within the 30 day trial period. They still charged my Credit Card. I received no information about my defective Keurig Coffee maker warranty update. Received refund on credit card.

We'll drop Warranty Valet since we have so few valid warranties anymore, but for new homeowners, it can be a real problem solver.

I had to use this company in order to get start a replacement/warranty process on an BioIonic curling iron. After having the product for just over a year (and now just outside the one year warranty period) the lever handle had failed. I was looking to just get a replacement part. However, Melissa Clifford from Warranty Valet worked with BioIonic and was able to get me an entire new curling iron! Considering these are $150+ products I was genuinely surprised with the outcome! She helped me find the number on the product that needed to be reported, she sent the postage and label for shipping, she tracked the product going and the replacement coming back.
