Great product at a competitive price
Having visited Japan over many years I loved their toilets and always wanted one at home. Washloo provided an opportunity as their product price was reasonably priced v others on the market. Ordering and delivery process was straightforward, I used the online chat to clarify a couple of points which was great. Installation was simple and one week in use I don’t regret the decision.

Really pleased with the new toilet ,great quality and works perfectly ..wish I had got one years ago ! Also the service from washloo was great ..all my many questions were answered fully and quickly ..and the delivery was really quick.

Quality products and great customer service
I placed an order for the Washloo Supreme which was out of stock. I was kept up to date regularly as to the delivery date and, as soon as it was in stock, the toilet was shipped. Very well packaged and looks great!
As I'm only part way through the remodelling of one of our bathrooms, it isnt yet installed but will be fairly soon.
I went for this company as they have such good reviews overall and a team who had the answers to all my questions.
This particular model is the premium option but has so many functions and I'm really looking forward to the final installation

Great service
We had a problem with the existing unit. Once we made contact with Washloo, they talked us down through things that we needed to try, but then agreed to supply an upgraded version at no extra cost.
Once this was agreed, the new unit turned up the next day!

Just letting you know we have improved the instructions to try and make them as simple as possible for this particular model as there is a little more involved than a simple normal smart toilet or seat attachment due to the electrically adjustable height cistern. Really helpful staff. The Washloo arrived very quickly. It was fairly easy to install with a little expertise (My son has some plumbing experience). We are very pleased with it and actually have 3 Washloos now!

Great product
Great product, great customer service, and got a small discount as I ordered two units. Have had the Prestige 2nd gen installed for a few months now, really good product at a reasonable price vs. competitors in this space.
Definitely worth it for a properly enjoyable throne.

Really helpful small business with the personal touch. They spent time discussing our proposed purchase, which we were able to take away without waiting for delivery.
The WC / Smart seat combination is great and easy to use with the remote control for the various functions.
Overall, I'm really pleased with this product and the service from Washloo.
