Fresh, delicious, unique high quality meals and produce. Delivered in sustainable packaging that keeps frozen food fresh - clearly very well thought out. For the way the food is prepared I find the prices reasonable - it now makes me not really wanting to spend in majority of Japanese restaurants in London, as this stuff waiting for me at home is so much more satisfying for its value.

As an added value I really enjoy how careful Waso approaches its communication with customers. It is a refreshing and much needed contrast with everything else that shouts for attention but offers low quality products. A well executed business.

It is a wonderful Japanese food company. Never let you disappoint.

Great selection of fresh Japanese produce.

I've been shopping with them for 3 years. They have delicious dishes and it's so convenient to have stock in the freezer when I don't feel like cooking. They have great services too. When the parcel didn't arrive on the day and the food was melted, they sent me another.

Been ordering WASO since 2017 before COVID, when their business was focused around delivering warm yummy Japanese lunch to office workers in the City and Canary Wharf. They are now a service focused on home delivery and expanded their range to include many more dishes, Japanese groceries, raw ingredients for cooking, etc. They also do Osechi / special bentos and sets for festivals like the New Year's. I cant recommend them enough in terms of the effort of staying authentic and true to the Japanese culture in terms of flavour and service, as well as their continuous push to innovate the dishes and roll out more offerings by partnering with, e.g. other known ramen vendors. Keep going and look forward to continue ordering from you guys!

Reliable and tasty frozen Japanese food and sushi/Sashimi delivered to your home. Weekly delivery to the greater London area. They use their own delivery drivers and I have yet to have an issue yet.

WASO is a completely trustworthy food delivery company. I'm always satisfied with their service and their food. They deliver the best quality sashimi I can get in Oxford. And their packaging is splendid. Packages from WASO have never broken nor defrosted. If only the size of the fish portions were a little bit larger... But with that quality (it's really fresh and tasty), I would say I have nothing to complain about.

Great service and amazing food! I don’t have to worry about cooking food anymore when I am tired. Easy to reheat. Highly recommended!!

Being Japanese and living in outside of London can be tough to find good quality fresh ingredients.

WASO’s packaging is the best one I know of in the U.K. so I always manage to eat some raw fish as nice as I am in Japan!

Previous company told me to refreeze my melted sashimi so it’s a big difference between proudly run business and just to sell items I feel.

Never tried some frozen bentos or ready made products but sashimi, you have to try it from WASO for sure!

Their fish dishes are all great and the prices are reasonable considering their quality.

Waso produces the best ever Osechi in my life. I look forward to it every year.
However their obento is a bit disappointing…the quality and quantity doesn’t match the price.

The best option in London for reliable delivery of quality Japanese food and groceries. Super convenient as you're able to choose day of delivery, and the ready-made (and frozen) meals are tasty and authentic. Nice selection of groceries too.

Items easily get out of stock, but very good authentic Japanese dish and grocery.

I have been using Waso’s service for the past three years and have always been satisfied with their very reliable service. They have constantly been expanding the variety of items available and also invested in improving their offering system. The staff members are friendly and polite. Quality of their food is always good. I highly recommend this company to anyone who is is treated in ordering Japanese food.

I am fond of making authentic japanese dishes at home for family and friends. Foods/ingredients from Waso are of premium quality, super fresh and tasty. I particularly love their Japanese groceries, seafoods, sashimi, vegetables and dessert.

So happy I’ve found them and actually I’ve ordered many times since 2021. Every order arrived on time and packaged very well. Labels(e.g. direction on how to prepare the foods) are exceptionally clear.

Always used this company for my frozen items. Their packaging is very good so never broken. I can trust their skills.
Very handy for people living far away from London but need Japanese food but don’t want to travel to London all the time.

It would be nice to be able to order Natto more than 10 like before…

Have been order Waso food during Covid time because it was genuinely hard to get any nice and reasonable price Japanese food and ingredients.
I really like their frozen food and desserts, especially everything in matcha, not many other shops in London can offer the similar selection.
It is a small business and I think they are doing their best (improving their assortment, website, etc…)
I would recommend anyone who looking for authentic Japanese food and ingredients to try Waso.

Quality, punctuality, hospitality are reliable, famous Japanese style business philosophy. 90% of the time, quantity is satisfactory for the price. Only in minor occasions, I was not thrilled by the quantity of fresh fish orders. Yet as due to inflation, maybe unavoidable. Pasta sauce is great, enough for 2 modest main servings (or 2 generous starter servings) 忙しくて疲れる毎日。助かってます。お勧めです。信頼出来ます。鮮魚　刺身は　量的にお値打ち感は有りませんが　仕入れ価格上　仕方ないのでしょう。

This was my first order placed to WASO and was very impressed that they use DHL which was punctual and they arrived earlier than expected.
The sashimi was fresh and tasted good. The oysters and crab hot pots are good too.
They have a variety of different sashimi and in a small portion which is good for 2 people only.
Recommend and will order again soon.
