The fact that I was able to browse your site and you all provided me with detailed information about my purchase and the date I would receive the merchandise once I made the order.

These are beautiful watches at a affordable price. I currently love my watch collection. Watches are the cherry on top of a nice outfit. Delivery came pretty quickly and have no complaints.
I was supposed to receive the package on December 1st but didn’t get it until December 4th. It was a gift for a friend traveling abroad, so the delay was disappointing. Although it was shipped from VA... Toon meer

Melissa, we’re sorry the watch wasn’t the right fit for you. Your review was posted within our 60 day return window, and you could have requested a return at that time. However, we did not receive a return request or any direct contact from you about this order.

I couldn't be happier with my experience with Watch Aces. Buying watches online can sometimes make you nervous, but their customer service team was incredibly responsive and reassuring throughout the entire process. The watch arrived exactly as described, perfectly packaged, and stunning. I will absolutely be buying from them again!

Your service was perfect in every way…
Your service was perfect in every way but ONE. First I ordered a oversized 43mm Daytona. It arrived promptly but I felt that it was too large for me. So I ordered the Daytona 40mm and it arrived also in a timely manner. I thought the 40mm had a white face but it didn't. Sooooo I texted you to see if you had a 40mm Daytona with white dial and you did not reply and so I gave up since you do not have a phone number and I had no way of speaking to you. The last part of this story was the hard because I love the Daytona but wanted a white dial. As far as I can tell only the oversized Daytona has a white face. Please let me know if I am wrong and I will happily buy one from you.
Hope this helps you.
Best,
Debby

Defective product
The product was delivered in a timely manner, however the product is defective and I’ve been trying to get someone to reply to my chat or email since I received the product and I have not heard from anyone yet. I need to return for a refund. I wanted to exchange but at this point I prefer full refund since no customer service.

The purchase was easy the shipping was exceedingly and I mean exceptionally fast loved the watch if there were a problem that I may say it would be that the battery was low $50 replacement overall pleasant enough experience

Delivery was late
Delivery was late, so I was not able to gift it in time, and the customer service was classic corporate dismissive and passive-aggressive.

I bought a watch
I bought a watch . Put on and realized the face had a very small crack. I reached out to company same day as delivery and filled out request watch had damage . I returned watch and they they initially watch had no damage and would only refund me 70 percent . After further disputes they then said it had a small crack. And still will only refund 70 percent. Then they said package didn't have links . They are just trying to give me a hard time . So I would highly recommend you don't purchase from them
Will do a better business bureau report
