The strap I ordered was better quality than I expected for the price I paid, and was delivered promptly, which made me order another strap straight away, however I made an enquiry about my new order and haven’t received a reply or when it’s going to be sent out

My father recently gave me his gold watch that is almost 80 years old. It needed a new strap and I went in to a local jewellers and discovered open ended straps. The only thing I didn’t like about these straps was that they needed to be glued and could not, therefore, be changed. Then I looked online and discovered Watch & Straps open ended offering with stainless steel fixings. These are the perfect solution for old watches and the Italian leather is beautiful. No gluing required and you can exchange the strap easily.

Initially ordered a strap and on arrival found it to be too big for my wrist. Contacted regarding the issue and had a quick response with how to return and a suggestion on an alternative. Returned the original strap and replacement arrived today, much better fit and great suggestion. Found them really easy to deal with and attentive. Thank you to Sarah who looked after me.

Ordered 2 straps delivered very quickly, very good quality straps. unfortunately had a slight problem with a pin on one of the straps, contacted watch and strap who sent a replacement out straight away along with a returns label for the one with the problem. New strap fits perfectly. Excellent, service as it should be.
