Really impressed with Watch & Strap Co. My order arrived very quickly and, when I contacted them with a concern about the leather strap, Sarah responded promptly, took the issue seriously and had the team investigate it straight away.

They were transparent and helpful in explaining the characteristics of the full-grain leather and how to care for it. Despite me saying that a replacement wasn't necessary, they had already sent one out at no extra cost.

It's easy to judge a company when everything goes perfectly, but I think you learn much more from how they respond when a customer raises a concern. The service here was genuinely excellent: responsive, helpful, generous and clearly focused on making sure the customer is happy.
