Exceptional Stainless steel & Leather
I am MORE than impressed with the quality and the quick shipping from Watch and Strap. I ordered two (2) staps for my Galaxy Watch Classic 8 and both are fine leather straps with stainless steel clasps. They are a great value for the exceptional quality of the products. I'm breaking one in now and will be starting the other one next week. I'm so glad I found this company. Anyone considering a new strap should really look at this brand. You will not be disappointed.

Hi Michael, I am sorry your strap broke, we will of course make this right! A member of the team will email you today, if you could reply to that email with pictures of the issue we will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you as a matter of urgency.
We pride ourselves in the quality of the straps we sell. Each design goes through at least 6 months of daily wear testing and each strap is checked for quality at multiple stages of the production process. However, leather is a natural product and occasionally there are imperfections within the hide which aren't noticed at the time of production. To protect against any issues, we offer a years warranty with all our straps. All you have to do is send us a picture of the issue so that we can analyse it to see if there are any improvements we can make to the design and we will send you a replacement.

Happy with my purchase. Good customer service on any post-sales query's. It would be better if watch-strap can provide a sales invoice and return receipt to their customers. And a free exchange where customers don’t have to bare the postage cost of returning or exchanging items. Thank you.

Fair quality not great value for money
The quality us good, however good to know that this is not primarily designed for Garmin, but instead it is a quick fit 22mm strap for ordinary watches that comes with some adapter for Garmin. If you wanna look positively to this, using those adapters you can use all of your other 22mm normal straps and bracelets for your Garmin. Their delivery was ok using royal mail and considering what I just explained is like anywhere else and not so great value for the money. They are abusing the name of Garmin to charge you more.

We are first and foremost a strap maker for analogue watches with the straps also provided with connectors to be used on Garmin Quickfit watches. We do not claim to be associated with Garmin and the straps are sold to fit a Garmin Quickfit watch which they do. We note on our website, in the items description and pictures highlighting the Garmin connectors with the strap.
Price wise, our prices tend to be much cheaper than official Garmin straps and our Garmin straps are only £2 more expensive than our standard watch straps. We pay more than £2 per unit for the Garmin connectors when we buy them from our supplier. Therefore, we aren't making any extra money by selling them as Garmin compatible compared to our standard watch straps.

I can see there was a delay in receiving your straps due to the original package being lost by the courier. Once we were notified that you were still waiting for your straps, the team sent replacements straight away. Unfortunately the two straps had to be sent separately due to stock issues with one of the straps on the order.
