I purchased the watch, then was advised there was a problem with the stock control so no watch for me. My money was refunded, however I was still receiving emails & notifications with the same watch available for purchase

I am extremely disappointed and frustrated that my order was cancelled without any explanation whatsoever.
Cancelling a customer’s order and providing no reason is completely unacceptable. I placed this order in good faith, and the lack of communication from your company shows a serious disregard for your customers.
I would like to know why my order was cancelled and why nobody thought it was necessary to provide even a basic explanation. Being left in the dark after spending my time and money is not an acceptable way to treat customers.
I expect a clear and detailed response regarding this cancellation and an explanation of how this situation will be resolved
