I called and it didn't start too well as I was immediately put on hold which was supposed to be for no more than 7 minutes. After 11 minutes I began a conversation with Chris Portrey who I must say deserves a round of applause. I am, at the best of times, a difficult person to please but he handled my call with what can only be described as EXCELLENCE. Well Done Chris. If I ever need to speak with Water2Buiness again I hope it's you that takes my call. Cheers.

I called up earlier in the week and spoke to Benjamin at Water2business. I was having problems accessing my online account, and Benjamin was able to help me out there and then. Every business should have helpful staff like Benjamin!

Rang Clare to sort out our online account. Unfortunately the portal had issues so she escalated for me. In the meantime she was able to secure a refund for us, send a latest invoice and was extremely pleasant in the whole process. Would recommend this company

Siraj was so helpful, cheery, explained all the steps, apologised for silence whilst he was retrieving info and was generally a lovely happy voice at the end of the phone who found out why I was struggling to access my account and resolved it. I have just got off the phone from Chris. He was polite, clear and understanding of my problem. He stayed in the phone until the issue was sorted and set it up so the same issue would not happen next time. Dealing with water 2 business is always easy. I rang and the phone was answered by Claire Eland, who helped sort out an overcharge on one trough and how to test for a leak on another trough. Claire was incredibly helpful and I was very impressed with the service I was given

Water2Business provide an excellent service. You never have to wait long for the phone to be answered and staff are always very helpful and knowledgeable. They explained what was happening every step of the way during a recent water leak and helped me through the form filling process for a leak allowance (which was surprisingly easy as it turned out). A particular mention has to go to Tara who was instrumental in making the process stress-free.

Claire was very helpful and went above and beyond to help our school find the source of our water leak.

The response to the water leak refund was quick and easy, and the communication was excellent.

Water 2 Business have hugely improved in recent years. The phone is answered within 5 minutes, often sooner, all of the staff are knowledgable and follow up on the concern. Ben was particularly helpful today and actually wants to sort out the issue. It’s so rare these days to have people in utility companies that truly care and want to help one.

Superb Customer Service! I have had to phone with 2 queries regarding moving premises. Both times they answered quickly (no on-hold) and could resolve all my issues whilst I was on the phone. I dealt with Katt J.
