This is a fraudulent website misleading customers by pretending to be based in the UK. It is advisable not to order from this website due to the poor quality of goods, misleading information and inability to return items easily. The site has been reported to the National Cyber Security Centre with a request to remove the site due to fraudulent activities.

I would have given no star if I could. Dishonest and misleading website. Makes out they are London based but in fact they are based in China. Confirmed shipping as Royal Mail Tracked 48 but took 23 days to arrive from China via Derby!
Very poor quality, ordered two pairs and both arrived in the wrong size, they couldn’t even be bothered to package them properly.
They answered my emails all the time I was trying to track my order but once I had received it and wished to return the products, they no longer to my emails!
Utter waste of money, the items were nothing like the images used on their website!

It is a scam. I ordered 2 very expensive shoes. Only one came. It was of very poor quality. It smelt bad, it looked like it was put together a minute ago. The leather was already peeling off the shoe.

I should have read the reviews before ordering anything. I thought I was ordering boots made here. The website picture looked stylish but when the boots finally arrived from China they were cheap looking and shoddily made. If I want to try and get a refund I have to pay to send them back to China. Do not believe the website.

I would put zero if I could.
BE AWARE The website is misleading it’s not a uk company, everything is from China. The shoes I ordered took two months to arrive, was cheap, not even leather, not at all as advertised and the sizes to not reflect the actual ones too small. It does not have any labels and no tags which prevents you returning it for a refund as their policy states it must be returned with original labels. THIS COMPANY IS TOTAL SCAM, STAY AWAY !!!!! I am now trying to refund snd the do not even reply, so badddddd. Please do not loose your money like us

Don’t reply to emails, totally ignore! Have emailed 3 times to get return details and nothing no response at all. Wasted £80 DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY
Order placed start of January and waited nearly 3 weeks.
They make it look as though legitimate UK company!

I should have looked at these reviews but obviously they make up their own reviews on their website . IT IS NOT A LONDON COMPANY IT'S A CHEAP CHINA COMPANY. After weeks waiting it arrives in a black plastic bag no box, and then a plastic bag over the shoes . It stinks of carsenagenic glue and the fabric is cheap shiny nylon . The shoes are massive and extremely wide, so do not fit anyway and not fit for the uk market. It costs so much money to send back and I see after that people do not get their money back anyway . PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THEM ITS A SCAM!!! I am so angry because I should have delved further but you take the shop at face value. It's only got 1 star because I couldn't give it none. I can not send them back and I wouldn't put on vinted because they are so bad so after paying £50 they are going to a charity shop . Please do not buy from them and put reviews on here so other people do not buy from them .

So I fell for the heartfelt plea on instagram with an image of a mother and daughter team who were on the verge of ceasing trading and were having a big sale.
I ordered a pair of boots for £45, supposedly reduced from about £150.
When I got a notification from Shop that they had been dispatched, after about 2 weeks, I saw they were coming from China.
After coming on here I realised I’d fallen for something of a scam and was expecting to have to claim my money back from Barclaycard.
Well, the boots arrived today. The packaging was far from classy - bubble wrap and black plastic. But the boots look absolutely fine - they fit right and look exactly like the image I had seen. Obviously I have no idea how well they will wear, but whilst clearly not the company they say they are, I will keep them and wear them and for £45 they are pretty good. Note where you’re actually ordering from, and use your credit card and at least then you can claim back if you’re not so lucky.

Bought a coat before Christmas. When it turned up I wasn't happy with the look. The company returns policy appears to be non-existent. I believe you eventually get an address in China. The product was not as described which means there is a legal right for waverly to refund. It was also bought on line which means there is a legal duty on Waverly to refund regardless of reason. Legal redress is the only route now which I will follow

Absolute SCAM!!! Iwish I read the reviews first before ordering. I've ordered a pair of boots size 5, after nearly a month I received the order and it's a size bigger...They claim it is a London based shop, that is why I even ordered in the first place, well it's a lie. Very disappointed in what I received, a poor quality pair of boots, a size bigger that what I've ordered wrapped in a plastic not even in a box and the smell...like cheap plastic. I will never order again.

Do not buy from this company. Bought a coat which has still not arrived. Never received an email confirmation, tracking information or order number, yet the money was taken from my account the second I submitted the purchase. Only contact details is an email address that I have tried to contact multiple times and never had a response. Luckily managed to go through my bank and report this as a scam to get my money back but obviously never received the goods that I ordered. On the website delivery says 3-5 days with Royal Mail, lies lies lies!

Product was nowhere near to the standard of the photo, was cheap material and crushed into the smallest package (not vacuum packed) Ordered an XL and a size 10 would be lucky to get into it!!
Have replied once to an email against at least 10 sent since mid December - must jump
Hoops to return something. No details online. Told us to take pics and they’ll send us the details what to do. They haven’t done yet! There is ZERO customer service though just thinking now perhaps Elise is simply snowed under with complaints as what the post, what they sell and what you get are 3 different things! Absolutely awful and product was synthetic shite from China. No way this is British made!!!
My mum is a pensioner and was so excited for the coat she was so upset when it turned up and now trying to get that £50 back - they should be ashamed of themselves!

WARNING SCAM !!They're based in China .Call themselves Waverley London!! got a coat with labels cut off hole in sleeve they gave an address in China to return which would've cost me £21.00 .I.Beware they've changed their name now .

This is a fraud company. i have also sent the item back to them received confirmation but they haven't refunded my money yet. Also their product is very very bad. please don't get involved in the scam.

Scam, fraudsters, advertising goods as quality products from London, sending cheap, polyester coat which was advertised as wool. Refused to provide a refund, now ignoring my correspondence and blocking me from social media platforms for simply highlighting my experience. Turns out it's happened to so many more. Do not buy anything from this untrustworthy company, where the goods come from China not London as you're led to believe!!

I ordered a green check coat from this company. However to my horror this item came packaged very small, scrunched up, very badly tailored. In fact the check pattern didn’t line up at the seams and out by about 2” which looked horrendous. Creases from the packaging it honestly looked like someone had found it in a waste bin.
So I began the process of complaint and the correspondence the went back and forth for weeks. Basically they offered my either 15% discount and I could keep the item (no way) or return the item to some room in a flat in Shenzen China.
To cut a long story short I opted to return at £24 postage which I had to pay. I was fully refunded after numerous emails but I didn’t give up I persisted. However the bottom line is that I ended up sending back a substandard item that was not fit for purpose which I didn’t want and it cost me £24 for the privilege of sending absolute rubbish back to china and not having anything to show for it. A difficult lesson learned.

Elise from customer service should be very much ashamed of herself. Company is an utter disgrace.

Finally received this coat just before Christmas. It was shoddy to say the least , not something I would even give away. I sent it back via Royal Mail after having to trawl through and actually find and request a return address. The coat is still awaiting delivery to a very bizarre address ( first floor landing by lift 🤔) and is still pending at customs in Shenzhen China since Jan 5 th !

Bought a size 2 pair of shoes, but they sent me a 2 1/2 wich did not fit, contacted the seller they told me i had to pay for the shipping back to China. I emailed them again saying it was there fault so im not going to pay shipping so they said ok after threating legal action. they sent me another pair of shoes and bugger me size 2 1/2 again. Dont ever buy from them if you do they will send you a wrong size and tell you that the size you want is unavailable just so they can keep your money

If I could rate zero, I would. Avoid this company. They ship shoes on a 4 week lead time, if it gets to you at all. I ordered mine November, still not had them, and they wanted a photo to prove id not had them. Now onto multiple emails they have stopped replying.
