What can I say? We had a problem with our Hot Tub after ten months and Sophie was an absolute star, she helped firstly with getting the heater unit checked and when that was not the issue a new Hot Tub body was dispatched and received the next day. Sophie you are a credit to customer service and I can not thank you enough.

After receiving and using the hot tub purchased, there was a minor set back with the heating unit and an air bubble that formed right out of the box.
The customer service team was attentive, informative, and most kind. Jade was able to help me step by step through email (I live in the USA) and was patient with my concerns. I received detailed instructions on how to remove the trapped air that was causing this big bubble. Once that was settled, Jade then ordered and new heating unit that was within my warranty. I received the unit only a few days later... with a little finesse and patience I was able to disconnect the existing heating unit pretty easily and replace with new heating unit. My wife and I are back in the spa game relaxing again.

It really annoyed me to the website advertise next day delivery but that was only for a partial delivery so you don’t actually get the full hot tub the next day and that’s misleading, another issue we had was eventually when all the boxes had arrived and we were setting it up. We had been sent the wrong boxes. This took several days to sort and was really frustrating because it delayed the process by a whole week ultimately the product is fantastic so far but delivery was shocking

I am one of those people who does their research. And in reviewing inflatable and soft-sided hot tubs, I kept coming back to Wave Spas. So... I decided to pull the trigger on buying one of the inflatable models. But as soon as I did - I regretted not splurging a small amount of more money to get the foam Garda model. But I needed to get the inflatable order cancelled and switch over to the Garda model. And that's where Jade (Wave Global) came to my rescue. Jade was wonderful in helping me make sure the Garda model I wanted was in stock, then cancelled my inflatable order, transferred the money I paid over to the Garda model and created a new invoice with the remaining amount owed. All while keeping me informed via email in a timely and polite manner.
I haven't gotten my tub yet - but so far, the customer service at Wave Spas is outstanding!

Customer Service Was Exceptional from the moment I had a problem with my spa, to getting the information they needed to resolve my problem. It was a little frustrating not really knowing what to do, but as I was instructed a long the way, it was good knowing that they were there to help.

I would love to write a good review but feel that im just getting messed about now. Got a eco foam hot tub at end of Nov 25, within a week it came up with HL codes, had a new heater delivered which arrived with broken plug, got that sorted only for it to do same thing set its temperature only for it to keep rising and display the HL code. It has now all been sent back and awaiting refund. Have lost all faith. How long does it take to refund somebody?
We had an over heating issue with our spa. I emailed and a lovely lady called Sophie replied to me so quickly and gave me tips on our to reset it. When this didn’t work Sophie arranged for our heater to be collected and within 3 days a new replacement heater was sent. This was fantastic service by everyone involved. We would highly recommend Wave Spa’s
