Brilliant customer service from Esther

Gestures go along way

I contacted Wave over the weekend and Antria was very helpful. Even though I had purchased my hot tub 5 years previous something happened to my liner through no fault of my own and was ruined as a good will gesture she offered me a 4 birth black liner which wasnt expecting but very grateful. Horrible customer service

At first, we loved our wave spa but fairly quickly it malfunctioned and the temperature was inaccurate and inconsistent. There is no phone number to contact customer support. Email response is slow but through several days and multiple troubleshooting steps we got it working again. A couple months later, a similar issue began but just wouldn't get hot. Customer service has been a nightmare. A different person emails every time, they aren't answering our questions, it's been super slow to get responses. It's been a frustrating nightmare. Over a week and we still don't have a solution. Will never buy a wave spa again.

Customer service turn around

To be fair when I called i was frustrated with the product. However, I wish to quickly establish the interaction I had with Elizabeth was outstanding. She delivered a firm but clear process in order for her to help me. I followed it and her service was excellent.

Quick repair.

My experience in dealing with this company, especially a certain member of staff called Elizabeth, was a pleasant surprise. A speedy repair and constant communication updates also added to my experience.

Great customer service

Bought the Wave Aegean Spa but when we inflated it we heard a hissing sound and realised there was a tear underneath by one of the loops where a led light strip would go if you bought one! Emailed Wave and Sophie helped us out straight away with great service and efficiency and have ordered us a new spa body and even some spa scents which was so kind! Thanks to Sophie we have had a great experience with Wave and I would highly recommend them!

Customer Service was great!

I had an issue with the spa giving me a HL code. Esther was responsive in the emails and guided me through the troubleshooting steps to diagnose the issue. She then proceeded to issue a replacement immediately.

Great customer service

I have had my spa for a while now. And for the money it's fantastic. I have had a few issues along the way, but these have been dealt with immediately, and with great communication. I have been dealing with Jade recently, she has been great brilliant!

Wave Navigator and customer service review

I have now been using my Wave Navigator kayak for eight months across a wide range of conditions canals, rivers, lakes, and open sea. I have been out in the sunshine and rain. It has consistently performed brilliantly, including in 5–6ft waves where it remained stable, secure, and comfortable.

I wrote an earlier review when I first purchased it, but after many more miles on the water I wanted to share a follow up particularly regarding customer service. I had a small issue early on that was resolved immediately and without fuss. More recently, Elizabeth was incredibly helpful in arranging replacement parts after some items were stolen. The support has been efficient, responsive, and genuinely customer focused.

Replacing the stolen carry bag is worthwhile. It’s a substantial bag, but very practical. On several river trips, we’ve paddled one way and returned by train being able to pack the kayak down into a portable size makes that kind of flexibility possible. There have also been occasions when weather conditions changed quickly; we were able to beach, deflate, pack down, and hike back without difficulty.

As mentioned in my earlier review, the drop stitch construction gives the kayak impressive rigidity and performance. One additional observation is that the slightly higher sides can catch crosswinds at times, but that’s a small trade-off for the added stability. The higher sides also do a great job of keeping water out, particularly when paddling in waves.

Early niggles: the handles in the middle should be placed on the inside so they can’t catch a finger or paddle. The paddle holders in the same place causes the same problem. I have cut the paddle holders off with a Dremel.

Overall, I’m extremely happy with both the kayak and the service behind it a reliable, versatile choice that performs well across varied water conditions.
