My heater failed within a few months of…

My heater failed within a few months of my erecting my hot tub. I followed the instructions for the error code without resolution. I contacted the company which responded quickly and made a few additional suggestions. When they didn’t work, the company requested some info which resulted in their promptly sending me a new unit which arrived in a few days. installation was straightforward and all is good!

Elizabeth in customer service was great - really helpful and communicated well.

However Wavespa need to get their quality control in order - we are now on our 4th heater unit - lets hope this one continues to work.

The order and delivery was fine and…

The order and delivery was fine and went according to plan. Installation instructions we ok-ish, but not always easy to follow. They are generic and cover a range of tubs but for the grand we paid, I'd expect something specific to the model we bought - if not on paper, then at least on-line. YouTube helped, but should that be the case? The app doesn't seem to work - we've installed it on a couple of devices, but it's not worked on any of them. Our only other gripe would be that the tub turns up with everything except a starter kit of chemicals, which I'd expect to be in included if only to get you up and running. Other than that, it's fabulous, so relaxing and we wish we'd got one earlier (we have the Como). We'll await the energy bill but to be honest, the pleasure we've had is well worth it!

Based on comments like yours, we’ve now added dedicated setup videos to every spa product page so customers can see step-by-step guidance specific to their model. Hopefully this makes the process much clearer and easier to follow going forward.

We’re sorry to hear the app hasn’t worked properly on your devices, that’s certainly not the experience we want. If you’d like, our team at Wave would be more than happy to help troubleshoot that with you.

It’s fantastic to hear that despite those points, you’re finding the spa fabulous and getting so much relaxation from it that’s what it’s all about!

5/5 for customer service (Elizabeth has been especially helpful) but 3/5 for the product. When it works it’s excellent but that heating/filter unit is just not good enough yet!

I absolutely loved the spa BUT

I absolutely loved the spa at first, but it quickly went wrong. Managed to use it about 2 months before I finally gave it all back and got a full refund.
Customer service was brilliant so cannot fault them at all. If the product worked, I’d have been a very satisfied customer! 5 stars for the support, 2 stars for the product. Great concept just needs to be better. Such a shame as it has such potential.
The problem - The heater kept throwing error codes, sent it back for an update. Came back and same issue. Sent a new heater completely and same issue a week later.

Henry has helped address issues with my
Wave Pacific inflatable hot tub in a professional and satisfying manner ( hard to find this day and age)!!
Parts ordered and on way!!! My wife really enjoys her hot tub and I appreciate Henry helping us get it up and going again so soon!!! Thank you Henry!! 5 stars plus

Pacific 4/6 should be called the Pacific TWO

We ordered a 4/6 Pacific Spa from this company and from the first time we inflated it, it is very clear that that it is not suitable for 4 people. We tried to return it in place of a bigger one but the company would not assist. Whilst their terms and conditions do state that any returns have to be paid by the purchaser, which is fine, living in the Isle of Man, the cheapest quote we got was £120! We thought Wave might have assisted seeing as we had to pay £15 delivery but as we were told that it was our “choice” to return the Spa it was purely down to us to cover the cost. We tried to sell it on island at a reduced rate of £350 but no one would touch given the size. Bottom line, the Pacific 4/6 only fits two people NOT four and definitely do not buy from Wave if you don’t live on the Mainland.

Personally, I won’t be buying from Wave again.

Our Pacific 4/6 Spa is designed to accommodate up to four people, however we completely understand that comfort levels can vary depending on personal preference and how much space each person would like when relaxing. We’re sorry to hear it didn’t feel suitable for your needs.

With regard to returns, we do try to be as transparent as possible in our Shipping & Returns policy so customers know what to expect before purchasing. As outlined on our website, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer if an item is returned due to a change of mind. Unfortunately, because we ship nationwide from the UK mainland, we’re not always able to arrange or subsidise return collections from locations such as the Isle of Man where courier costs can vary significantly.

That said, we genuinely appreciate you giving Wave a try and we’re sorry that in this case it didn’t work out the way you’d hoped. Customer feedback is always valuable to us and helps us continue improving both our products and the support we offer.

Issue with Controller on hot tub

I have had trouble connecting to the WiFi on the controller of my hot tub so I emailed Wave. I lovely lady called Elizabeth came back to me and we went through different troubleshooting to see if we could get the problem fixed. As we couldn’t find the issue and Elizabeth believed this to be a fault with the controller she has sent a new one out to me. The communication via email was fantastic. Thanks for all your help Elizabeth
