Uncapped is a professional solution to attract additional cash to e-commerce businesses. We've got an offer through Amazon. The onboarding process is straightforward; the client dashboard is easy to use.
I have to say that our US LLC has only non-resident owners. Despite this, we were approved for a loan and received the money within a few days.

I needed help with restructuring my credit line and being that Uncapped took over my credit line from Goldman Sachs I never dealt with anyone there directly. I emailed the support team with my request, received a response within the hour acknowledging receipt and that they will forward my request to the right department. I believe within 12 hours I received a response. They also expressed genuine care in working with me. Within 24 hours we had everything resolved efficiently and professionally. I was truly impressed with customer service and I look forward to working with them in the future.

Waste of my time
Waste of my time - the company seems to have shady practices and selection process, not to mention that underwriting team is a joke, looks like kids are working. We've hopped on a call to show me how "numbers are not right", it sounded like a generic response - they didn't really do the proper underwriting. They rely on some "AI" software to analyse data, which seemed off.

We had a rough start at first due to some issues operating in our state, however Will kept in touch with me leading up to a 20 day delay. Communication with him and the follow ups were very professional. we completed our first funding yesterday after a bit of underwriting follow ups. Everything ended well, and we are looking forward to this new partnership this year. we intend to increase our funding as the year rolls on.
