Compliments to my account manager Bruno for another incredibly fast turnaround - less than 72 hours from connecting up my bank accounts to getting loan funds into my bank account. I felt the rates were reasonable as ever without any restrictive terms. The rapid turnaround is in contrast to Wayflyer, who 3 days in had still not finished reviewing my data, let alone making me an offer. Thank you Bruno.

We genuinely thought they would be our partner, and that's what they've stated. As our business has gotten better in terms of growth and profitability, they had guaranteed we would lend us at a certain time only to let us down. Their salespeople are sleazy. Never trust somebody that defers to their "team" when they make promises or pretend to build a relationship with you. Lesson learned.

We have been working with Uncapped for over two years. They were great at start, but our last underwriting cycle was a nightmare. It took three months of meetings and questions that went beyond underwriting nit pickiness. Only at the point of expressed frustrations from our CEO that we were given the okay to draw. Following that, it took 10 days for the funds to arrive in our account. Super tiring underwriting!

Taken out my 3rd line of funding from uncapped. A very professional team, and they are the go to experts in ecommerce finance.
I have a tight couple of months of cashflow going into Q4, and they were able to assist in short term funding to plug the hole.

I was a little hesitant using this company since I couldn’t find much info on them but very glad I did. Compared to other capital companies (even Shopify capital) their rates are excellent and quick turnaround. They require more docs than a company like Shopify capital but nothing out of the ordinary. I will definitely use them in the future again.
