I wish to share a wonderful experience I had with Z.Com.

I am digitally-challenged by all the requirements to update our web hosting subscription. I forgot my account details and password. Tried getting assistance via the chatbot with no help!

Finally reached out to Z.Com via Messenger.

And I encountered an amazing person who handled my problem with ease! I was on the edge already. Encountering even more issues. But the person who helped me via Messenger was UNDERSTANDING of my dilemma and challenges. You feel the warmth in the person reaching out to me to try to fix my issues.

And with that, with a few fixes, we finally got it fixed. Might have been easy for them. But for me, it was a milestone! hahaha.

Believe me, if not for that person's very valuable assistance to me today, they would have lost a client!

I nearly wanted to change to another service provider simply because I cannot comprehend how to go about paying the subscription.

But because of their assistance, he/she did not only get to KEEP the client... they also GOT PAID. 🙂

What i love the most is there are options on how to contact z.com customer service. There is live chat if you are in a hurry, email if it is not urgent, open a ticket when i need more deeper conversation. and all work perfectly and they resolve and reply as urgently as possible. Thank you Z. Com customer service. This is the reason why i never thought of changing hosting account.

Once everything was sorted, my domain and DNS started working properly again. I also appreciate that they followed up and ensured the issue was resolved.

The platform itself is functional, although DNS management can be a bit tricky if you’re not very technical. But once you understand it, it works as expected.

Overall, I’d still recommend Z.com for domain services, especially because of their responsive support and reliability after resolution.
