Absolutely horrendous support
Absolutely horrendous support. Simple tickets can take days or weeks before a response, and even then the response doesn't answer the question.
They won't answer any questions on their SPLA with Microsoft
If you create a ticket with more that one question then good luck because it'll confuse their support team so much it'll be a waste of both your and their time.
Had an issue where a VM was down and it took so long I ended up just logging in and reducing the memory used by the other VM (there was a faulty RAM stick in the server which they had a ticket for but didn't put 2 and 2 together that it was related to a VM not starting).
They can't explain what their firewalls do.
Asked about enforcing multifactor authentication for accounts in the Web24 client portal, its a been a week and I would have literally accepted a "we can't do that". Instead its silence.
After confirming multiple times about the day for the RAM swapout, they then emailed again saying please confirm otherwise they will essentially cancel the booking, which was just me having to reply out of hours for something already booked in and confirmed.
2 stars because at least their servers stay online, but I know they share their datacentres with multiple other sister companies who are actually putting some effort in
