Web Design Harbour Reviews

Frank was A great guy to work with . He explained me everything in Detail about the Process. After the Job was Done he even contacted me if i was satisfied.

They are great and professional team.
Thank you

I was impressed with the professional manner in which they negotiated the business contract to our satisfaction. Well done! Throughout the website design and building process, they guided us through the various stages of design, modification, testing, and implementation, bit never making a move without our consent. The basic model provided us, for our specific business type, made it very easy to modify, add, or delete at our discretion, which was extremely helpful. We were told everything we needed to know to get our website up and running, as we were novices in our business field and to web design and building. Greatly appreciated was Webdesignharbour's staff's knowledge and professionalism throughout the whole process. After going up and running, they showed us how to edit and make changes as our business evolves and expands. Great job overall by the WDH staff. We will certainly recommend them.

The Oregon and SW Washington African Community development center since its inception has benefited in web design, idea sharing, and constant communication to support the needs of organizations in information sharing. The web design harbour has done a fantastic job agreed on from the start and still providing us with technical support. We are allowed to give five star because that is the option presented for us otherwise would have given them ten stars!
Last but not least Mr. Jayson Parker and also Mr. Frank has been a great customer service for all time. Thanks

I have nothing but saying that I highly recommend Web Design Harbour. My experience with them it is been fantastic! Mr. Peter and his team have taken care of myself and my company, Credit Repair Warrior. Only by delivering great results in all my requests.

We got off to a rocky start but once they understood that this was about promoting reducing the number of homeless in New Jersey and got a better sense of what it is that my agency was doing we were able to come up with something that is very Innovative in terms of website design not seen by other website companies a shout out to Justin Sam and Harry who make a great working team from Miss Pringle president of Pringles Pit Stop a homeless service provider

They respond to my email right away. Jason Parker made right away the changes I wanted. Thank you!

I needed a code implemented on backend of my webpage. They did it for me with no problems.

Harry, Ethan and Jimmy were awesome. They built two websites for me and were very professional and did exactly what I asked of them. Great teamwork! Great guys. Harry and Ethan went above and beyond. Jimmy was patient with me and has helped me through this entire process. God bless!

Excellent customer service! Very responsive to my ideas and needs. I’m seriously technologically challenged and James and Frank were so patient with me! I highly recommend these guys for all your website needs!

this agency has given me 7 months of emotional pain and business losses. it started when I found them on by Google search and foolishly trusted them for a $999 "deal" that was supposed to expire next day [mind you, this deal is still active on their website after 7 months]. at the moment, im out $5000+ due to their extremely illegal upselling tricks and techniqus . since im not tech savvy myself, i asked them upfront if there are any other financial i need to pay during the process - and they were confident that i would need nothing else.. days later i started getting calls from guy named jason/james. first it ws aggressive attempts of cross sells like.. 'oh you should get your business incorporated through us so the state dosnt penalize you' . . and then one day i searched a domain address myself matching my business name bc they said i need a domain.. guess what two days later the same guys called me to offer the same domain at 20x price through some 'elite name' site and it was booked on the site i checked previously!! my webmaster friend told me both web harbour and elite names share the same ip address so i strongly feel this company operates this bogus 'Elite name' page and books domain names matching their customers business name only to fleece them later.! and then they wanted me to buy webpage content, blogs, hosting, branding bundls and on and on until i finall threatened to call my bank and took away my incomplete site. guys with names jacob and alan showed me reviews on this page to sign me up but last time i checked, they hjad two 1 star reviews which are no longer there so i guess they remove bad reviews and write fake 5 star reviews to themselves. I've reported them to FTC for fraudulent conduct

Highlight of my experience with Web Design Harbour was customer service provided by Jason Parker. He is a great listener, quick to respond to my requests, and very patient!
The company was masterful in turning my vision into reality. They also have a very qualified web design team for animated explanatory videos.

I spoke with josh and I have nothing but good things to say about the service he went above and beyond to meet my requirements! Highly recommend!

I came across Web Design Harbour through a Google search. I had no idea about the company and its employees. But my experience was better than great!

Their team of representatives worked with me to take a vision of what I wanted and actually created a web design that completely met my vision of the site. The idea that these folks could replicate my vision, only based on words is incredible.

The team I worked with at Web Design was great. Frank, Jimmy & Jayson listened to my thoughts and created a product from whole cloth. Any issues were resolved quickly, with perspective that my business was important to their firm. Further, there were some additional updates to the site that were not part of the original design. These changes were handled quickly and without any issues.

I highly recommend Web Design Harbour for your web design. It's rare to engage with a company these days that actually live up to their promises. But these guys are the real deal.

My website can be viewed at advisorsquawk.com

I am extremely challenged by all things technologically related! Having admitted that, I could not have gone through the process of establishing a webpage without the patience, understanding, kindness and expertise of my assigned site creator, Jason!
He held my hand through every single step and communicated the process clearly to avoid any confusion or surprises. I am so grateful for his guidance and cannot say enough wonderful things about him and my overall experience.

Web Design Harbour designed and created my website. They did a great job! Always professional and quick. Whatever questions I had were always answered, super fast.
