The doctor was very nice and easy to talk too. However as a online doctor doesn't see u in person it's important to listen to what the patient is conveying. I knew I had a infection that required an antibiotic. She decided I had flu and told me to continue with over the counter medicines even though I told her I had asthma and a very bad cough. Ended up having to go again to the D Doc on Saturday. I had a respiratory tract infection and got an antibiotic. I was so sick and I was ignored. She also took the time to bad mouth pharmacists in general when my pharmacist did more to help me than she did. I won't be using this service again.

Time wasters and money wasters!!!
I paid 39€ for a consultation there, they told me they wouldn't help me, so I paid unnecessarily, it's a waste of time and money, don't trust them!!! I don't recommend it, avoid it, it's a waste of time and money!!!

Amazing service
Difficult to get into my local doctor so it's great that I could talk to a doctor within hours. Working full time with 3 kids so I appreciate the service. Couldn't have had a nicer and more understanding doctor. Great experience as always
