Is so important to have a Doctor…
Is so important to have a Doctor available when you are not feeling on your best and when is an emergency and your GP is not available. I feel very trustful on the Webdoctor. Has been there every time i need. I Highly recommend. Great service on web appointments .

Quick and Professional Service
Needed a same-day medical certificate and was able to book a video consultation quickly. The doctor was professional, listened carefully to my symptoms
and explained everything clearly. The consultation was straightforward and I received my medical certificate promptly afterwards. Very convenient service and would recommend.

It's very expensive just to prescribe the medicine, and the medicine itself is also very expensive. I gave it a 3 simply because there is such an opportunity to bypass the doctor, who you have to wait for months.

While we understand your concerns regarding the cost, the fee covers more than the prescription itself. Every request is reviewed by an IMC-registered doctor, who assesses the medical questionnaire and determines whether treatment is clinically appropriate and safe for you.
We appreciate that the medication can represent a significant expense. However, many patients choose this service because it provides access to treatment without the lengthy waiting times that can sometimes occur when trying to see a doctor through traditional routes.

Cant recommend enough
Requested a prescription of antibiotics on a sunday and it was reviewed within an hour and sent to my chosen pharmacy, extremely fast service and was able to do it without having to see a doctor or pay for an appointment. Very happy with my experience.

Great service
I logged on looking for an appointment in the next few days and got an appointment 90 mins later, the Dr was lovely. The next day when I went to collect the script the cream prescribed was out of stock with the supplier, I sent a message and within a few mins an alternative was prescribed and resent to the pharmacy. The non medical staff are lovely in their email interactions also, highly recommend for efficient and professional advice.
