Very good service and an excellent Engineer. He had been stuck in traffic and at a prior job so arrived late. But had kept me informed and gave updates on his arrival time. Once here he did a great job. Highly recommend.

This company was great - glad i chose them. Fast, friendly and expert at removing the chair. Right from the office staff i spoke to, to Braden who came to do the job, everyone was so nice. Communication was professional with constant updates and Braden arrived bang on time (well, 10 mins early!).

Our estate agent suggested using We Buy Any Stairlift when selling our parent's house. From the initial contact with Emma in the office, to the removal of the stairlift by Michael and his colleague, the whole process was friendly, efficient and helpful. Great speedy communication and a smooth process at quite a stressful time. Wish more companies operated like this! Would recommend without hesitation.

I contacted this company a week ago, took a couple of photos and emailed them over to Emma the receptionist.
It was an easy process, they made me an offer that included dismantling and removal plus leaving electrics safe.
Emma rang back with a date and time of removal.
Danny arrived as arranged and on time. He was friendly, efficient and left the area clean and clear.

I would just like to thank your engineer that came out yesterday to remove my mothers stairlift. He was very polite and professional, removing the stairlift without any issues and with due care and attention. The whole process from my first message on What’s app was faultless. Once again thank you.
