We Buy Any Stairlift Reviews

Danny was great, arrived on time and worked well. When I talked on email to we buy any stairlift they were prompt and professional.

Initial contact was handled quickly and efficiently. Appointment set up really quickly. Engineer on the day (Michael) kept me updated as to when he would arrive and he was a super guy. The whole experience was faultless. Would highly recommend.

We contacted them with a hardly used 2.5 year old Stannah 600… not only did they not want to buy it… they also wanted £240 to take it away… should be called ‘We don’t buy any stairlift’ … what a waste of time dealing with them.. :(

Overall process went without a hitch, was quickly booked in for a preferred slot. Clear communications and very responsive. Received a text message ~40 minutes before arrival and the removal took ~30 minutes.

Contacted this company due to the name “We buy any stairlift” only to find that they don’t, surely that’s false advertising ? I received an offer to remove it at a cost to me of £240. Does that sound like buying any stairlift? No it doesn’t does it ? Perhaps in your reply below you can explain why the company name implies you buy ANY stairlift but you clearly don’t.

Very easy. Quick response, clear communication, offered to book a date the same week. On the day Jordan the engineer texted en route and arrived on time. Friendly, answered all my questions, respectful and very careful of the property. No mess, no fuss, no damage. 2 complicated stairlifts uninstalled and paid for within an hour. Very happy with this service, definitely recommend!

Very professional. Easy process online and on the phone to confirm they wanted it. Came when they said, took the old stairlift away quickly with no fuss and paid what they said they would.

Contacted this company online, they responded immediately, arranged a date promptly, agreed a satisfactory price which exceeded every other quote I was given. The engineer arrived on time, removed the stairlift within an hour and left everything tidy.

Michael was very courteous. Great communication, very friendly, would highly recommend.

Outstanding communication, flexibility and service - made everything really straightforward. Wonderful and respectful job too. Michael was fantastic and sent a video to me of the job upon completion. Thank you for making this easy. I am dealing with a bereavement and some companies just really get it - this is one of those gems.

I got a quote really quickly from webuyanystairlift.
Braden came out and did an absolute fantastic job removing the stairlift. Even though it was an incredibly hot day, he arrived early and worked quickly. He had the entire system disassembled and out of the house in less than an hour. He was professional, friendly, and left the stairs completely clean with zero mess.

Excellent service from ringing for a quote through to removal and payment. All sorted within 24 hours. The removal engineer was punctual and very professional and polite. I would highly recommend this company.

Excellent comms, efficient de-installation, area left clear and tidy. All-round positive experience. Engineer exemplary

The stair lift was checked, we were paid and it was removed carefully and professionally.

There was two grease marks on the carpet when he took the stairlift out which weren't there when he started.

Great service from start to finish. From the first call to the engineer the people are friendly and helpful. Arrived on time to remove the stairlift. Excellent. Thank younJosh

Very impressed with the service provided especially by Michael the engineer who took out the stairlift.
plus received immediate payment at the agreed price.

Prompt, friendly quick service. From initial call to removal 10 days, removal was quickly completed with no mess. Amazing when the company the stairlift was purchased from needed 6 plus weeks.

They was very polite and understanding it was a pleasure to deal with them the booking and take away the lift was great
the service second to none would recommend them, thanks to Sadie and Branden

Just a note to say what a great job Michael did in removing the stairlift from our house. I know it wasn’t easy for him to find the place, but once he had, he did a smashing job – you’d never have known it had been there. Please thank him, and the rest of the team, for such excellent service.
