Refused to refund accidental booking
I accidentally made a booking and closed the browser as I saw the ‘contacting hotel’ & ‘contacting bank’ page. I was charged for the holiday and so I contacted customer services and they have refused to cancel the booking without a 30% fee. Seemed to be a great site but terrible customer service. Not sure I would use this company during these uncertain times.

Reise nach Budapest
Wir hatten ein Trip nach Budapest gebucht für September. Leider wurde dieser Trip storniert aufgrund der Pandemie. Es wurde alles zurückerstattet, Service hat schnell reagiert. Gute Erfahrung, wir werden wieder buchen!

Top Service auch in schwierigen Zeiten
Wir hatten ein Wochenende in Danzig gebucht für Ende November.
Aufgrund der Corona Pandemie wurde die Reise nun storniert.
Der Service war bei jeder meiner Anfragen schnell und kompetent. Auch in dieser schwierigen Zeit fühlte ich mich bei dem Serviceteam jederzeit gut aufgehoben und gut beraten.
Dass die Reise nicht wie geplant angetreten werden konnte, lag definitiv nur an den Umständen. Werde auf jeden Fall wieder hier buchen.
Großes Lob an das gesamte Team.

A great deal but unfortunately our flights were changed and so we couldn’t go on the planned trip.
However, communication was fantastic and so was the customer service. No quibble money back straight away.

Wir haben eine Reise über Weekend.com gebucht es sollte nach Mallorca gehen, leider gab es eine Reisewarnung und wir konnten kostenlos nach Kreta Neu buchen. Alles sehr unkompliziert. Wir hatten öfters mit dem Team von Weekend telefoniert wo immer gleich jemand ran ging was uns auch die Sicherheit gab das wir bei Weekend gut aufgehoben sind. Wir hatte da schon ganz andere Erfahrungen machen müssen dieses Jahr. Ich würde immer wieder über Weekend buchen. Ihr seit ein tolles Team vielen Dank das wir dieses Jahr doch noch in den Urlaub reisen durften. Die Reise war einfach traumhaft...vielen Dank.

Covid caused cancellation of City Break to Vienna. Very timely, friendly, helpful support
We booked a City Break to Vienna. Unfortunately flights from the UK to Austria were cancelled due to Covid. Notified very promptly about the enforced cancellation of our holiday. A few days later a Coupon was provided by email for the value of the deposit, valid for three years. Staff at Head Office in Germany have been very helpful throughout. Travel restrictions since lifted. Plenty of time to utilise the value of the Coupon.
