We have had fitted wardrobes in our bedroom and a full fit out in our study. Quality of the units is high and we are delighted with the installation. Kevin our fitter was genuinely friendly, courteous and tidy fitter. The quality of his work is second to non. I would not hesitate to recommend both We Fit Any Furniture for the quality of their units they supply and Kevin for the quality of his work and have to say it is a pleasure to have him work in your house.

The furniture looks good. One drawer however has fallen off its track after 24 hours. Trying to contact company is nearly impossible. Answer machines galore and no body has the manners to answer emails

So zero stars from me. Expensive furniture looks awful due to this drawer. Not the usual runner so cannot seem to be able to right it myself

Absolutely thrilled with our new wardrobes even better than we expected. They were fitted by Anthony who is a real perfectionist. He was so polite and professional. We live in an old house with uneven walls and floors but he just took it all in his stride.

I met with Bobby P, the designer, who was excellent. He sat down and really listened to my ideas and together we put together a walk in closet design.
The builders and came and did the job in a day. The finishing of the work was exceptional and of high quality. Very happy with their service.

Alan has done a splendid job with the bedroom fitting - I'm so pleased with it and it looks fantastic. He was polite and friendly and took all the Covid precautions necessary without any prompting from me. Thanks to all of you.

Excellent service from start to finish. The wardrobes are stunning. Warren the fitter was clean and tidy and did an excellent job.

I ordered a fitted wardrobe for a bedroom in my house. After having all the measurements taken by the surveyor and a delivery of the parts, we had the fitters in to fit the wardrobe. They discovered the measurements did not add up to the diagrams and the wardrobe that had been designed, the advice to the fitter at the time from his superiors was 'start fitting the wardrobe and we can adjust things later' This was totally unacceptable and I requested new measurements.

A new surveyor came to redo the measurements and a new design was agreed. I was informed I will be contacted later that day to discuss repricing and refitting. This did not happen and I had to chase them the following day.

My experience of trying to speak to someone was also atrocious. Telephones were not being answered and going straight to voicemails (which were full). When I did finally manage to get through to someone I would be redirected back and forth. I was promised a callback the following day which again did not happen and I had to chase this myself. Very difficult to speak to anyone in general.

Summary: Very poor customer service.

**Update**

Following the above review we had someone come to remeasure and make adjustments to the original design. This was done and the fitter has been in to fit the wardrobe which looks very good. I had a productive conversation with the installation manager and agreed a refund/compensation given the additional days off work and change in design. Happy with the final outcome although a fair bit of chasing was required.

Horrific company to work with
The product is good, apart from that the company which owns, Betta living , is rubbish, they don’t reply to calls & emails, if you actually manage to speak to anyone they are rude and do not care, this is basically because they have your money up front. Stay well clear of the con men. It took them 2 months to supply the corner pullout unit for my kitchen and that was after the operations director promised it in a week & it arrived in a month, without any notification from the company!!

We recently had 2 bedrooms installed with this company. Efficient, professional, it was a pleasure to deal with , all the processes were smooth and easy. All the staff we met with were very very good. Bob Grimsley - design specialist - thank you for spending so much time with us and listening to all our wishes, whims and advising on better ideas. Cupboards in the awkward staircase corner looking even better than we thought they would! The surveyor gent was great too, very thorough, very focused and so professional. And there was Kevin, the bedroom fitter - so hard working, he simply just got on with it. The amount of work he had to do! but he did it ,spot on and finished on time and the quality of his work is just outstanding. No uneven spaces between cupboards doors, everything is just faultless, looking so brilliantly done. Just can't praise his work enough. Lovely, neat, smart looking wardrobe and cupboards.
About the negatives. I wish the company had a bit more varieties in materials and colour. Just not enough to choose from. Had to pick the sliding wardrobe's door colour out of maybe 5 colours, not colour what I like, but the colour: "well, this will have do". When paying so much money you'd expect to have a much wider choice.
And the biggest negative for us was those "frames" that surround the built-in wardrobe and cupboards. They are good to look at but functionality is not very good . So much space have been lost:( over 40cm in total just of empty spaces on the sides and also top and bottom covered with a frame and now just stays empty. When your rooms are small this is a big "downer". Also those empty closed spaces are now potential storages for mould:( We initially thought that built-in wardrobe will be simply built into the walls, ceiling and floor with the shelves and then sliding doors. but actually the frame is built into first. And its a wide frame. I appreciate that's how its done but you loose a lot of space because of that. Hence 4 stars

I want to give give more stars as i am happy with the final result but.......
Getting the final results was a long long process.
My initial installation was in august 2019. There were several issues that I contacted WeFit about and they , to their credit sent a different team to do some remedial work. A couple of months later my daughter cuts her hand on a razor sharp edge caused by one of the shelves bowing. I contacted them again as there was minimal weight on the shelf , and for a 3 grand wardrobe this should not be happening
They sent a 3rd team...
This team told me in no uncertain terms that the installation was a total bodge job! and would require hours of remedial work plus a significant amount of materials. (the same materials that were left as waste by the first team who couldn`t be bothered to fit them)
They completed the work and I am now pleased with the final result, at last.
If only the last team to attend were the first I`d have given them 5 starts. They were a great team.
Would I use them again or recommend them? not a chance.
1 team out of 3 being professional and competent, I don`t like those odds. This firm clearly doesn`t know enough about their fitters.
I contacted them to say I am pleased with the end results but that they should take more responsibility for their fitters and know them better, but i never got an acknowledgement hence this honest review.
IF you use them, get a second opinion after the installation as you could end up with a cowboy bodge job like i did.

I would like to commend James LEE for his work and attitude when installing two fitted wardrobes for me recently.He stepped in last minute for the original fitter who had to isolate because of Covid, travelling from Dagenham to Folkestone. He got down to work as soon as he arrived at 8.30.I found him sociable and willing to help me move furniture.He set a fine example for his company ---We fitanyfurniture.

We had our wardrobes built and fitted by Alan Keen B211849. Very professional and very friendly. He did a fantastic job and ensured we were happy with the fittings before her left.

Would highly recommend.

Content with my fitted wardrobes, though I don't think it's value for money. The wardrobe fitters are great but they are outsourced which means they have no idea about the contract and design agreements between the customer and wefitanyfurniture.

The designers need to be trained better on designing a wardrobe that actually works healthy/safety wise rather than solely relying on the surveyors and fitters to check if it will work or not.

The designer also missed out key aspects of the design such as the door handles, location of mirrors and access to sockets.

The model wefitanyfurniture is flawed because the designer, the surveyor and the fitters are all out of touch with each other.

The surveyor that came was useless because they did not spot a healthy and safety hazard in the design. It was only on the day the fitters came who noticed this! Of course by then, all the money had been paid to wefitanyfurniture which means we couldn't ask for any discounts or incentives.

I won't be booking with them again as the money paid does not match the whole service provided.

We really enjoy the whole experience. Excellent advises from Bobby with the sales. And from there onwards it was just as planned. Measures, delivery and fitting all done as expected. Our fitter Stan really did a fantastic job. And all done for an incredibly competitive price. The only point would be about more clarity on the amount we need to pay for each person as they are all freelancers. It was all within the allocated budget and we kinda remembered we had to pay some to the fitter directly, so not surprises. But better clarify or reminder would be good. We will definitely use them again for the other rooms now that I see the very high quality we get.

The Designer - Muhammad Afzaal, Surveyor - Aaron Fallon and Fitter - Alan Keen have been very professional and helpful from designing to fitting the wardrobe in my bedroom. The quality of the wardrobe is of very high standard and luxurious. The price is competitive too. Alan has fitted the entire wardrobe single handedly and left the room tidy after the job. Reference number B212398. Wow what a service from the beginning to the end . Mohammed was our designer he listen carefully to what we want the detailing he came up was excellent. The communication between them and myself was second to none. Then the day came for fitting , Allen was our fitter and he did a fantastic job very clean and tidy you should proud to have him working for you. I wish I could give 10 star . Absolutely fantastic 😊
