This place was awesome. I love their virtual store room, and they have a great selection - even remainder stuff that isn’t made anymore. Above everything else was the fantastic customer service. Anthony Scotto was the best. Quickly responded to emails and fixture was shipped within a day (actually arrived 3 days sooner than estimated!). I can’t promise you my level of satisfaction, but these people know their products and know good customer service. Highly recommend!

Years ago I ordered a chandelier, sconces and other lights for my new home from Wegotlites. They arrived perfectly and were everything and more than I could have imagined. Now some ten years later I am in a different home but wanting a way to bring back some of the special memories of the time my 91 year old mother shared sitting looking at the reflections on the walls, the ceilings and in the windows that the incredible Branch of Light chandeliers lights created. I called the company and spoke with Anthony. He was incredibly friendly, kind, knowledgeable and helpful beyond measure. He was able to locate the last Branch of Light chandelier in stock and made certain it was perfect before shipping. I cannot say enough good things about Anthony and Wegolites!!! I would give them 10 stars if that were possible!!!

Was confused about my lighting choices I needed for my Florida condo I went to we go lights and dealt with a lighting specialist named Anthony Scotto not only was Anthony pleasant patient and curtious he was so helpful snd my my choosing my fixtures so easy with his expertise …..along with all that the showroom was impeccable !!!!! Definitely would recommend Anthony and the We got lights team!!

THIS IS THE WORST PLACE!!!!! I ordered a light fixture, and they sent me the wrong one. Then apparently the light fixture they sent me was not in their stock so they were confused why I got it. I don't know why I got it either. After 5 days of sending photos back and forth for proof then finally sent me a prepaid label. Oh but the light fixture I ordered was no longer in stock. I ordered an open box fixture, but I could get the exact some for $110 more!!! HORRIBLE service.

I have seen an ad from 'AdChoices'' pop up on eBay for four days. It says 95% off item 9784BK. But WegotLites will not honor their coupon. I have talked to the company until I am "blue in the face". Someone in the company placed this ad but they will not let me talked to the person. All I am asking them is to honor my order. I can't send a picture because I have an older desktop and can't take pictures with it. They might be a great company?

I did find the ad picture within a story at the New York Times and have email the picture to them. Have not heard anything.

Wonderful, wonderful, wonderful. I've been a client for many years. I had some questions regarding the order I wanted to place. My customer service representative, Joey, was very informative and patient with my questions. I will continue to order from WeGotLites in the future and recommend them to all my friends and relatives.

WeGotLites goes above and beyond! I recently purchased a beautiful crystal chandelier that went bad after only a few months. I contacted WeGotLites and immediately received a response. Michael in customer service was able to handle my claim and work with the manufacturer to get me a replacement chandelier right away. Michael kept me informed every step of the way throughout the whole process. I couldn’t be happier with the level of service from this company. It is definitely nice to call a number directly, and speak with someone in the US. I highly recommend this company to others and would like to thank Michael for his quick responses and excellent customer service! I will definitely be ordering from WeGotLites again!

This is my second experience with WeGotLites. Both times customer service has been excellent. They kept me updated on my order from the point of sale to my delivery. Follow up on customer satisfaction is a rarity these days but Nicole made sure everything was taken care of and this stood out to me.
