I recently ordered some lighting through Amazon Marketplace from We Got Lites, and run into some problems. I wrote an email to We Got Lites, and I had an immediate response. Joey (Joseph Mahon) was very helpful, provided excellent customer service and arranged to have a new shade.
Highly recommend using We Got Lites, they stand behind their products. Outstanding!

This website looks great and sounds great until you get your shipment and it is the wrong lite! Be Aware customer that if you recieve a wrong shipment or are not satisfied with your merchandice you are in a very bad position and most likely stuck with the product you received! They have a $25 restocking fee per item! Then have the urge to tell you that you have to pay shipping and handling in order to send it back seems cheap huh well not if you live in Western United States I tried UPS $72 and Fedex $57 not so cheap now is it! Oh and they dont let you ship with USPS! Another thing if you pay for instance like me $235 for my lites since I qualified for free shipping the decide to deduct that from crediting you if you return the lites so I only got credited $212 such B.S. never doung business with this company ever again!!!

I was very impressed with their amazing showroom and I have never saw anything quite like it. There are some beautiful chandeliers hanged in the middle of it and the rather large selection of different lights. Everything is beautifully displayed and I ended up buying 2 small table lamps for my bedroom. A great showroom, great customer service, this is a place worth a visit, even if you don't intend to buy anything!

I got a good deal on some lights for my house. I'm very happy with the way everything turned out. I would order from them again.

This is now my store for buying lights. I am so happy with merchandise. The entire staff is so helpful and friendly in every way. Denise goes out of her way to be knowledgeable and helpful. Even the staff that helps carry and load the items into the car are so very friendly and very careful. If you haven't visited this store yet, don't wait. You will be truly amazed at this beautiful store. I LOVE it!!!!

I've been looking for tiffany lamps for a long time. Denise helped me find them quickly and at a good price.

WeGotLights' customer service people are great--friendly and helpful. The problem was a return past the "Return Policy" date. Then it was WeGotRIGHTS! I wanted to return a chandelier that was essential flawed in its design. The light's arms were so spindally they couldn't hold the light up straight continuously. They would literally wobble when anyone walked on the floor above, if someone walked by it and was heavy footed, or shut the front door hard--you get the picture--and would tilt or tip a bit out of alignment. After pushing back a bit (nicely), the WeGotLights customer service supervisor gave me a store credit less a hefty restocking fee. However, given the design flaw, which I explained to them, I think they should have given me a full store credit.

I would recommend this company highly since their products, prices and customer service is great! I purchased a few of their fixtures and I love them and would definitely purchase from them again.

I have given your name to loads of my clients. The light is sooooo gorgeous I am getting one similar for my bedroom when I redo it. I have never seen such a beautiful light. WOW.

I purchased a square chrome crystal celing light for the living room. I bought the exact same light a few months earlier from a different vendor. I was looking for another light to match (perfect match).

I loved browsing We Got Lites' website. When I found out they had designers on staff to help for free, I called in and they assisted me in selecting the perfect chandelier (I mean who would want to read through dimensions and all the necessary specifications online). It took some time for my new chandelier to arrive and I did have to assemble it (BUT IT'S NOT LIKE ASSEMBLING IKEA PRODUCTS!) I realized I was extremely lucky to find this company. The chandelier looks great and is a very solid find.

I came to the store to pick out chandeliers and lights for my new house, and I was overwhelmed with the selection. Very knowledgable staff who helped me pick the most beautiful lights for my house, great prices which helped with my budget. I really enjoyed shopping at wegotlites.

This is a remarkable product. It arrived very quickly. We had it installed by an electrician who recommended it to us and it works beautifully

I purchased the most beautiful light. The quality was beyond excellent. The instructions for this light were better then others lights I have installed. I received the light promptly and in good condition.

It was packaged well and arrived in good condition.

I bought 2 Aladdin chandelier hoist from We Got Lights. When purchased they were advertised as free shipping, but I was charged $39.00 each. I called and the response was FEDEX GRND won’t deliver without a charge, sounds like false advertisement to me. They still advertise that way.
One of the units was not wired correctly from the factory in two areas. The result was a circuit breaker trip and it blew out the three way X-10 modules on that circuit. I had to replace the modules which cost me an extra $37.00.
My electrician and I were not happy with the extra time, money and aggravation that it cost.

The owner of the store is so talented and kind. He helped me pick out the lighting for 5 rooms and made unique changes to suit my needs. I will be a customer for life!! You must check out the one of a kind lights in the back of the store!!!
