MashaAllah Shafaq is a great instructor and a true inspiration. I had such a wonderful experience with her in exercising. It helped me stretching my jammed muscles.

One of the finest exercise instructor
Ms. Shafaq’s instructions are very clear and straightforward and completely understandable, she gives a chance to improvise it. My fitness journey has definitely improved. There is no shame and feeling of guilt in the class. Everyone gets proper rest and improvise personal tips while doing stretching , Pilates, and strength exercises.

Shafaq is a very good trainer. I always feel fresh and active after her class. She is really accommodating and understands your body and according to that motivates you and helps you to accomplish your goal

Shafaq is a wonderful teacher
Shafaq is a wonderful teacher. She truly understands her client needs. Even in a group setting, her instructions feel personalized and thoughtfully tailored to each individual. I throughly enjoyed my time in her classes.

Experience
Sr Shafaq is an amazing instructor. Her way of teaching is great and I love going to her sessions because she explains strategies of fitness principles with clear instructions and demonstrations following with positive and supportive environment.

I really enjoyed the classes as they were challenging but the trainer: sister Shafaq is amazing at explaining the steps and helping us positively learn each movement. Would love to join again.
