I was receiving many unpaid hospital and doctor bills. I routinely called WeShare for customer assistance. I appreciated reference numbers BUT when 2,3 and 4 bills were combined it was very difficult to talk with different customer service representatives who had to back track to understand each problem w/o a solution that call.
All customer service representatives were very professional, understanding, listened, and we’re empathetic but it appeared that doctors offices and hospitals were not being compliant with USHM billing agreements and the waiting time on a three-way call at times exceeded 45 minutes to an hour or more.
At this juncture, almost all of my bills have been expedited for processing, and I am aware of the amount that I owe and my portion is being paid.
It was very helpful to be transferred to the Special Case Unit which quickly addressed bills that had been unpaid for six months.
I am thankful that I haveWeShare/UHSM and I absolutely believe in the benefit of having a shared ministry health plan.

I paid 149 dollars to just apply for coverage. I was looking at several insurance options and simply wanted to know what kind of coverage I could get. I paid the application fee, then a few hours later noticed WeShare had billed me for a month's premium. I assumed this meant I was approved. I didn't not mean to authorize an agreement just by applying. But of course buried in the fine print of the multitude of documents was the approval I authroized. A few days later I was approved for another insurance company which I found better than WeShare. I then attempted to get my plan canceled and then refunded. I was denined because it was more than 10 days after policy took effect. Which isn't right because I had reached out to cancel just two days after they took my money. But WeShare took 2 weeks to get back to me after several attempts to reach my "rep". So they kick the can down the road to then deny you a refund. Nothing about this is Christian. Christians do not rip off other Christians. It's embarrassing that organizations like these are what they world is seeing as "Christian".

I like the emphasis on staying healthy. Free yearly physical and health screening. Noom app is free for members so I used it to lose weight so I’m no longer pre diabetic. WeShare has helped me be healthier.

I am a new member to WeShare and, while on a recent trip several states away, came down with a bug. Being able to quickly speak to a doctor over a telemed call and get a prescription called in to a local Walmart was such a relief and a blessing! On my old insurance I would have had to call my insurance to get approval then find and travel to a local doctor. WeShare made it so quick and easy to get good healthcare! I am just so grateful.
