I was extremely happy with the service I received. I was able to email and call someone about elements of my order and the order arrived punctually. I needed to return an item that wasn’t compatible with my bathroom plumbing and they went over and above to try and find a speedy resolution including offering to call and discuss with my plumber and helping me find alternatives. Something that not many similar retailers would have done.

We fully replaced a bathroom with West One products. Aaron was very helpful in choosing the items for the bathroom and throughout the process up to delivery. We were very pleased with everything that arrived, as well as the end result.

The service was absolutely fantastic! West one bathrooms has a beautiful selection. Everyone you speak to is very friendly and will help with any query you have. Our sales consultant was Mr Michael Zarghami. He was always responsive and helpful, making sure that the service is quick and hassle free.

Order came quickly and was as expected.
However we arranged specific delivery date over the phone and confirmed by email but the order came a day early when only my teenage daughter was in to receive a really heavy crate.

The Battersea showroom experience, pre-order advice and experience was very good. The order was delivered on time and Lily was very helpful in this process. The problem came when our plumbers fitted the waste mechanism to the bath, tested it and realised that the part was faulty and leaking water. We informed West One on Friday 21 July and they told us that the we would receive the replacement part three days later on the Tuesday 25 July. We explained that this was causing our plumbers delay and us, money in that delay. We were made to feel that we were a nuisance and we were offered no remedy apart from the fact that we just had to wait. When Tuesday came, and on us enquiring, we were told that the part had not been delivered and there was no timescale for this to occur. We feel that this is an appalling lack of customer service in relation to the West One Bathroom brand that is exported.

A great company to deal with!
Their site is easy to navigate and their service is brilliant. Prices are competitive and would certainly use again.

We ordered a BC cloakroom basin & stand and a set of BC taps to go with it. They were on sale so we ordered and paid for them. Our order was accepted and payment taken only for me to receive a phone call about 2 hours later with someone telling me that they had been mispriced on the website and we could not purchase them at that sale price because the actual price was approx £400 more.
I then told the salesperson to cancel my order and refund my Credit Card. I was told that in order for them to refund my credit card I had to reply to the cancellation e-mail which I'm still waiting for.
Very disappointing.
