We have just booked our trip to Thailand with what a holiday and l would thoroughly recommend them.
Kevin was absolutely wonderful and the most patient person l have ever known ! As it is our first multi centre holiday (with 3 teenagers) we wanted the itinerary to be perfect, flights to fit in with school hols and resorts suitable for us all. He recommended hotels, destinations and offered multiple options so we could tweak them to our requirements. He didn’t rush us and tried so hard to find the right flights for us which he did 🤩 he genuinely understood my concerns and addressed them professionally and with empathy. He has been extremely reassuring and l cannot praise him enough. We now have a wonderful holiday planned, within budget and amazing hotels, thank you Kevin. I will most definitely contact what a holiday in future. Five stars plus ⭐

Great service, very helpful, got the exact holiday requirements matched, Brian Travis really couldn’t have been more helpful, tweaking the hol to suit are needs and wishes.. process of booking all done swiftly and as soon as the deposit was paid, are documents were received.Thanks Brian roll on the holiday now.

Start to finish a really easy, transparent experience with What a Holiday. Special mention to Kevin who is possibly the most patient person ever!! He was responsive, very knowledgeable, had some great suggestions and came in at my target budget. I continually asked different questions - nothing was too much trouble, prices came through quickly, and I was all booked within the same day - it was literally like sitting in front of some-one in an office! I would highly recommend the company and Kevin, and will use them again.

What a holiday, I've been searching on line travel companies now for a couple of week's,looking for our perfect holiday for January 2028.
I've contacted 4or5 different companies, looking for multi centres in Thailand.out of all the companies i tried 1 stuck out above all other's. What a holiday & a gentleman named Kevin who went above & beyond before finding us our perfect itinerary. We was messaging & emailing for almost 2weeks changing both hotels & up grading in both hotels as well. Once we were satisfied with the itinerary then came the booking process & again Kevin made it so simple & easy for us. I can't wait to book more holidays through Kevin, he is a joy to talk with & a credit to the company what a holiday!!

Booked a holiday of a lifetime to Thailand all was ok needed to change name on booking was charged £1275 then ended going on my own had Phuket to start with that went ok then moved to phi phi island that was ok however was supposed to be private transfer this was not the case was mini bus with others 😡
Then I gets a message saying my next hotel after phi phi has been overbooked so I have no choice but to take alternative hotel but told it has same facilities so I have to agree this.
Now I gets to this hotel and it’s more like a hostel so I complain to what a holiday and am told it’s the supplier and nothing they can do until I get home well I’m home now and all I’m getting is waiting for response from supplier well I’m now going to have to take this to a small claims court to get my money back from a ruined holiday my advice stay well clear of this company.
After I wrote this review I finally received a call from there manager he instantly refunded my hotel money but sadly has not returned my private transfer money however he has offered me £300 voucher towards my next booking which I’m not sure I will use
Just received phone call from there manager again regarding compensation they refused and have the cheek to say my problem not there’s don’t ever trust or use this company I would say what a shambles not what a holiday 👎🏻

The booking process was easy with a choice of hotels. Joe edwin went thatvextra mile to resolve our late issues with flights. We would use what a holiday again and recommend them

What an absolute delight to with Zoey while booking my holiday. Nothing was too much and she even helped with an upgraded. I will definitely be using her for all my future bookings.

I would like to say a big thank you to Joe Edwin from WhatA Holiday for organizing an amazing trip to Thailand for me, my husband, and two of our friends. We visited Bangkok, Koh Samui, and Phuket, and everything was perfectly arranged — from the flights between the islands to the hotel transfers and accommodations.

The hotels Joe chose for us were all wonderful, in great locations close to the main attractions. The entire trip went so smoothly, and the communication with Joe was fantastic — he always responded quickly and was incredibly helpful.

What a Holiday. Well named. We booked our 2 destination holiday through What a Holiday and we were not disappointed. The process of booking was absolutely painless. Flights and transfers were spot on ,seamless. The hotels in both Dubai & Bali were absolutely lovely. Great locations,and food was of high standard. We have to thank Joe for arranging this trip for us, his customer care was second to none. We will definitely be booking our next trip with him. Get ready Joe,will be in contact soon.
